Drove in from out of town for Graduation. Picked up a nail on I-70. Stopped in at the Honda dealer to be told it would be $40.00 to plug a tire. Greeted at the door here at Discount tire. I was shocked when Collin told me the repair was free. I told that I hadn’t bought the tire here. “Just want to keep people safe “, was his response. That is truly customer service. Next set of tire will be bought here. Way to go Collin.

I'd recommend seeking services elsewhere. Despite spending over $1300 on tires, I had to remove them from the car for installation because the system claimed the rear tire load rating wasn't up to spec. BMW has confirmed that the load rating is indeed acceptable. Despite this, they proceeded with the sale, failed to balance the tires correctly, and now suggest removing the rear tires for proper balancing. Fortunately, another local shop can balance the tires without the unnecessary complications.

The techs at discount tire:✅ Started each lug nut by hand✅ Impact used only to loosen lugs or snug them temporarily✅ Drop car just enough to prevent wheel from spinning when tightening✅ Tighten with a torque wrench so all wheels have equal clamping forceWas really impressed by these guys' hustle and attention to detail. I have not seen another tire shop do the steps above and it really does make a big difference for customer perception. Will be back again

Collin and James did a great job taking care of me and my car. Showed great professionalism and you can tell they love what they do and want to help. Also, if you’re ever worried about someone impacting everything and ruining something like the horror stories of other shops, I saw first hand all their impacts are limited to 60 ft lbs so they have to torque the rest of the way by hand with a torque wrench. They had the idea to snag these cool pics too.

Came for all 4 tires to be replaced and they had me in and out in 20 minutes! Also let me know they do free flat repairs and free balance and rotations! Best prices and service in town highly recommend!
