The thing I like most about shopping at Dillons is their employees are very helpful and friendly. Also, I find their store clean and the layout easy to navigate. I always cringe when it's time to settle up. And my pocketbook definitely takes a loss. But that's the world we live in today.

Terrible place people were looking @ me like i was ah crazy person & I was wearing a three peace suite on & they made my wife feel uncomfortable too. I will never go there again

I usually do self check out. Tonight l let the cashier ring me up. My pain level was through the roof l asked for assistance with carry out. She was unable to find anyone else. She let the gentleman at the service desk know she was going to help me herself. Kudos to the two in front for excellence in customer service!♥️?

Horrible layout. Most employees ok, but the dark haired lady with the glasses who runs the cash counter is not nice, and should learn from her employees what customer service is. Dismiss her, and replace her with the lovely lady who actually works the cash counter register.

It's a great Dillons to grab quick groceries, but the pharmacy always has a huge line or just 1 person working a register.

Love this store and many of its employees. Unfortunately for the store the female shoppers are hateful and angry. I've noticed that about most of Salina's women. What is in the water?!

I just don't like the fact is going mostly self check out now and only security to it is the alarm system anyone can stoll skip self checkout want the cashiers back

It's not as clean looking as it was a few years ago. It's pretty much all self checkout and I'm sure we're still paying the extra for bagging... I'm also disappointed so many lost their jobs so I can do more work buying groceries there. IMO.
