“The store was very clean. The shelves were full of products that looked nice. My only problem was that the cashier was not very nice and she was kind of rude. Otherwise it was a great shopping trip!”

“We haven't been here yet. I was surprised and impressed. My boys picked out KC Chiefs' sweatshirts. And my stepdaughter got one for herself. I got 2 sets of hand towels for the bathroom, a kitchen rug, and perfume for myself. We had a gift card, but the total for all of that was VERY reasonable. I will go back again without my kids, so look for things a little more.”
“I came to this target to get a few things and stopped my starbucks for a drink. I wanted to try something different so I got a Venti Passion Tango Tea Lemonade with Strawberry Inclusions. Upon tasting it I wasn't a fan, but I went to go buy a different drink that I was more familiar with. I bought the drink but I explained how I wasn't a fan of the Lemonade. She let me know I could've exchanged it and I didn't need to pay for a different one but I told her "it's okay I tried something new in a venti and thats on me. I just wanted something that I knew I would like." She stopped making the grande and started making a TRENTA. After she was done with that she gave me the grande as well!!!! The Iced Chai Latte is my favorite so to get both of those drinks made me so happy. I didn't catch her name but she had this pretty blueish green dyed hair and she is such a sweetheart! This experience really made my day! The people at this starbucks should definitely get a raise! I am just here visiting and I do not see this kind of customer service where I live. People here are so kind.”
“We purchased a new Cub Cadet mower yesterday. The belt broke the first time it was used. Called and spoke with Ken the manager who not only offered a new belt to replace it but instead loaded up a new mower and brought it out to us for an exchange.He went above and beyond for customer service and we greatly appreciate it!Thank you Ken.”
“We are from the Garden City KS area and we have to say Ross here in Salina KS your store is very clean, organized and friendly. We enjoyed the store and the workers were all over their jobs like reorganizing clothes racks fitting rooms were clean and just an overall rating on this store we Loved it. “I work in Salina and find this location very accessible and convenient for my shopping needs. The unfortunate circumstance is, at times, when I shop there and go to pick up certain products they are slim pickings to none, or visually unappealing due to negligent damage done by a stocker or possibly a customer. Otherwise I shop Walmart over every other store because the pricing and grand selection of products. I’ve been invited to dozens, if not hundreds, of these and I just have the worst possible luck in life with everything when it comes to winning. So I don’t expect to be invited for “a chance to win” simply because with the way the corporate structure is in America, it’s designed to keep me on a hole needing more. I’ll willingly participate in your surveys. I just don’t count on anything in return. Way to keep the ratings and awareness up.”

“The staff are very friendly, and professional. I was very hungry and I went to customer service to ask if I'm allowed to eat a snack while in the store. Surprisingly Matt in customer service said yes. I told him Thank You. Then, I went to buy a snack and then I went back to customer service to show him the receipt. He was very professional and
had/has very good manners as well as the cashiers. I love coming to Walmart because the store almost always has everything I need. Plus, the prices are way better than Dillons. I also want to compliment a cashier named James as well as Karen. Thank you for making Salina have such an amazing store to shop at.

“Kohl's in Salina has great sales. The store is clean and orderly. Clerks are helpful. I also order on line and pickup at store. The pickup process is simple, you receive instructions online and don't have to wait in line at all, unless you your item is oversized!”
