We were traveling through, pulling a camper trailer. Had a blow out a few miles from there. Austin was great. I know he was ready to go home, but he stuck around and helped us get going again. Thank you Austin.

My husband and I pulled into Salina, Kansas late on a Sunday night, then got up the next morning and discovered we had a flat tire on our Motorhome. We pulled across the street to Commercial Tire, and they got us in immediately. Turns out it was a leaky valve stem. We can not say enough about the service at this commercial tire center in Salina, Kansas!! Thank you!!

Amazing service! We needed a replacement rim very short notice when our tire decided to fly off our truck while traveling along highway 70 towards Salina. Unfortunately on a Friday, they were able to call around to secure a rim and have it by Monday. Monday morning the rim was fixed and ready for us to get back on the road. Thanks Commercial Tire Center!

Although the work was completed as required, there is a definite lack of teamwork amongst the staff. One fella sat on his butt while the receptionist/secretary was handling all the customers at the service counter. Phone calls went unanswered and not returned.

I can’t thank these guys enough. We were in a bad situation with our camper on the side of the road and needed certain parts that they didn’t have, but they still called around for us and helped us find exactly what we needed. Then they were able to help us out with a spare tire. We wouldn’t have been able to safely get back on the road without them!

Just wanted to thank the team at Commercial Tire Center in Salina for their kindness yesterday. My wife and I were traveling on I-70 from our Colorado vacation back to Kansas City. Along the way, the plastic undercarriage shield on our vehicle had come unattached and a piece of it was dragging along the road as we drove. We tried to reattach it, but it was too damaged. We noticed Commercial Tire Center just a couple of doors down from the gas station where we stopped, so we drove to their shop and asked if they could help us by cutting away the piece of the shield that had been dragging on the road. They put our vehicle on the lift, cut away that piece and had us back on our way quickly. We were very glad to not have to risk further damage or listen to that dragging noise for another 175 miles. They didn't even charge us a thing for the help. We appreciated their kindness very much!Service: General repairs & maintenance
