Conveniently located near I70, beds werer comfortable. Nothing special or fancy but staff was very nice and accommodating when we made a special request for a room near an exit. Breakfast included so that's a plus.

First, as usual the Choice Hotel is clean and comfortable. More importantly, Jimmy at the front desk at night is an absolute delight. He's helpful, funny, knowledgeable, and a really great representative of the Choice Hotel family. We stayed here on a Wednesday and again on Sunday and we were SO glad to see that Jimmy was working again on Sunday. He'll "leave a light on for you!!"

We’ve been to several different motels in last 2 week’s following our daughter for college golf tournaments and comfort suites in Salina Kansas breakfast was hands down the best we’ve ever had.. if we ever come back here we will definitely be staying here for sureRooms: NiceFood & drinks: The best

Staff is amazing! James at the front desk was so helpful and personable. We were in town for a softball tournament and ended up staying an extra night. When we got back to the hotel after the tournament he had the cot and extra blankets we had requested the night before already in our room for us. Breakfast staff was also very friendly and always had everything well stocked. Will definitely be staying again

If I could give them a negative number I would.This place was awful. The TV and phone did not work when we checked in. The maintenance person came up but could not fix the TV (issue with remote). He said we could get up and change the channel on the TV really. He said we could change rooms my husband asked if he could change the TV from the other room which he did. He brought up a battery for the phone and said it would take a bit for it to be fully charged. We went out for dinner and when we returned the remote did not work again and also the phone was not charged. After the front desk clerk tried to fix the TV she said she would move us to another room this happened around 9pm. We went to another room and the AC was not working. By this time we have had enough with this place and the attitudes. We got another hotel in town at around 10pm. We will never stay in another Comfort product.

Awesome staff, no matter who you encounter always smiles. They had great recommendations for places to visit and eat! Super comfy beds and cleanest rooms I've ever seen! Thanks again comfort staff for working so hard for your guests!

I had a reservation to stay here which was cancelled, in error, by a staff member at your hotel. My room was cancelled without my knowledge nor consent. I have been going back and forth with you and your corporate umbrella for 2 months now, trying to get my money back. Whenever I talk to your hotel manager Jessica White, you say it's not your problem and to contact corporate. When I talk to corporate, they say the hotel needs to deal with it directly. Everyone I talk to shrugs me off or ignores me completely. Jessica, you have been exceedingly rude, disrespectful, and disappointing in this whole ordeal. You can rest assured that my family and friends will sleep on the street before darkening your doorstep again. I am done wasting my time trying to get my money back through the frustrating channels of Choice Hotel's customer service. I filed complaints with the Kansas Attorney General and the BBB in the hopes that they will have more success.

Nice hotel. They even brought us blankets to our room at midnight. The only negative was that we arrived late in the evening and they gave us a room right near the elevator in which was quite noisy thru the night and morning which made it hard to stay asleep.

I book rooms for construction employees at several hotels across Kansas each week. I booked a room here online with a decent rate for four nights. The employees I booked the room for did not show up the first night. I called the hotel the next morning and explained that we still want the room for the rest of the reservation. The front desk told me no problem, and they even wouldn't charge me for the first night. Super I thought!I ended up extending their stay, and they were at the hotel for 11 nights. When we received the final bill after checkout, the nightly charge was $20 more than the rate I had booked online. I called the hotel and spoke to Xavier. He told me that the original reservation was automatically canceled when they didn't show up the first night. He said they had to re-book us at their standard rate, which is much higher than the online rate.I understand the policy and why they did that, but I tried to explain to Xavier that it wasn't explained that way to me when I called and spoke to the front desk the first morning. This is where things got really weird.Each time I would try to explain that to Xavier, he would start talking over me, dead-pan repeating the same statement he had already made about not being able to match the online rate. I would try to speak up a little bit, and he would repeat the same line louder, over and over, purposefully doing it to not allow me to speak.It sure seemed to me like he was purposefully doing this to agitate me. It got to a point where I was having to yell, "please sir, will you stop speaking for a moment and just let me respond", to which he continued speaking louder and seemed as if he was enjoying the fact that I was upset with him. At a point where I was able to finally get a sentence in, I began to tell Xavier that, while I book employees weekly at Choice Hotels across the state of Kansas, I've never been treated by a Choice Hotels employee the way that he was treating me on this phone call. He responded with, "well you're no longer welcome at this hotel".I am not the type of person to raise my voice, let alone yell, however, I've never been treated like this with a customer service professional before. I would definitely steer clear of this hotel if you have to deal with the management in any way.

Extremely nice clean, staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Fantastic location, easy access to restaurants and shopping.Just stayed again a year later, and it's just as wonderful as last year.

Obviously needed a place to stay, walk in at 1am get my key to go to my room. The room was filthy and there was trash from the previous person that stayed over. Walk down stairs to get my room switched and the gentleman was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience, finally get settled in and decided to take a shower... well the shower head wasn't pushing water so my shower sucked. I know this might seem like nothing but I traveled for the past 16 hours and paid for a perfectly good room and I didn't get that and the power outlets weren't working so I didn't charge my phone overnight. Comfy beds but other than that...NEVER AGAIN.
