I have to wait for every take out order for over 20-30 minutes. This lady time worst. Food good though. Didn't get this one till near 7:30

Bad service
Let’s start at the beginning. You pull up and the entire front curb is piled with cigarette butts and trash. a little advertisement/billboard on the front of the store is trashed. Walk into a poorly organized store with excess inventory stacked behind the counter. Somebody’s break time mess is at one of the registers.
Its 7 AM and there’s no creamer in the pump, there’s no breakfast pizza, breakfast sandwiches look like they’ve been in there for a few hours.
Go to the register and no one is there, she is helping with inventory and states I will be there in a minute. Obviously, I am on her time now.
I’ve been to dozens of Casey’s all over the Midwest, this one is the worst I can think of.
I’m three minutes down the road now and opened up my breakfast sandwich and it is cold.

I stop at this location regularly during my road trip and of all the Casey's its my favorite. Bathrooms are clean, the fridges are stocked and the drinks are always cold. If i ever come across them not having the pizza I want they have offered to make it fresh for me.

The service was great but when you buy a slice that looks and is markered breakfast bacon just to find out after the fact it was mostly sausage ?, kinda starts your day off bad. So i paid $3 for 5 ish bites of pizza.I get making a pizza half and half but it really frustrates buyers when its not cut right.

Pulled in to a parking spotand went in side. Was told by the cashier I was not parked in a parking spot.I went out to check and nothing was marked that you could not park there.Mind you this was at6:15am on a Saturday and we were the only customers there. I told them it was not marked.You can't park there. So I told my husband let's spend our money some place else.All they did was laugh, the Manger was sitting in her little chair in the back and smiled.Casey's is a customer service base company.They have hire the wrongpeople to run their businessbecause they just lost mine.If you want a no parking spot then MARK IT!!!

Always a pleasant place to stop in to buy pizza; drinks; or snack. This time I used the restroom. Everything looked super clean (which is rare for a Men's room). However, as I was about to leave the restroom I found that the container holding the toilet brush, etc was filthy.made me wonder how the kitchen looked behind the appliances. I'm believing, on the positive side, that they're clean. Mainly because the rest of the store is spotless. I pray that this oversight is corrected. I do apologize that I was in a hurry and they were busy, so I didn't take the time to make them aware of this oversight. So I gave a 4th star (instead of 3) for my falling short in helping them always be at their best.

Nice convenience store, the cashiers are really friendly . . . greeting you as soon as you walk in the door. Selection is typical of any convenience store, but the pizza was very good.I like the store!
