A+++++ Charging Stations. Hands down the winner of the best maintained charging stations I've been to in the past 6 months I've owned my EV. This location has trash cans and windshield washers next to the chargers. Other charging stations take note!!!! This is how you do it!!!

For a convenience store, this place offers a lot, and the brand is great.
Pizza: It truly is one of the best in town, and don't forget, they have breakfast pizza also, absolutely amazing. They don't skimp out on toppings and load them on. Caseys has perfected the pizza and the breakfast pizza.
Bakery: The fresh donuts are better than the grocery markets bakery donuts. Casey's donuts are light, tasty, and frosted to perfection.
Snack brands: Casey's has a large selection of its own brand of snacks and chips, which is great on flavor and value.
Casey's is a great place to stop for gas, snacks, and refreshments.

Fiance and daughters went to bathroom and had a very crowded and gross experience, went to get a drink and was so picked over that only explination i can think is very poor ordering or extreme lack of stocking. Yet another example of why i try to never use caseys.

I'm not sure if caseys has an employee of the month or some sort of reward system for its employees but Valerie is awesome! She's always in a great mood and really gets to know her regular customers.

Use to be best pizza place in salina. Gotten careless and sloppy from customer service to delivery. Makes me sad was my go to sometimes 3/4 days a week

I see the inside of a lot of Casey's. This one in particular is small but very well managed and the employees are great. Bathrooms are clean and the Pizza is great. Some of the customer can be scathy.

I have to leave one star on this rating for this Casey's on Ohio St. If I could leave "0" I would.We live in the country, 25 minutes from Salina. We ordered a pizza from you with three toppings on it. When we got the pizza home, it was 2 toppings short. We called the store right back, the "manager" told us "we could have a new one fixed for us next time we ordered, no charge." She "would leave a note for her crew and that we would be ordering one soon."We ordered a pizza today, there was no note and the "manager" on duty told us no we couldn't get a replacement pizza for the one they got wrong.This is just plain bad business!!! You need to follow through on yourcommitments made to your customers by your management staff. Your managers need retraining on customer service and customer satisfaction. This is unacceptable!!!I will never order a pizza, or gas, or anything else with your organization again, not that you care. I will let everyone I know that you do not care about your customers and that you do not follow through with commitments to your customers. There are plenty of other pizza places in Salina we can go......

Stop here for gas, and it never seems to have receipts available at the pump. Well, today I decided to ask if they ever work. That was the wrong thing to do apparently! I was bluntly told, "maybe when we have enough staff to do it!" This last year seems to have given everyone cart blanc to use ataffing issues, and covid to be rude, and give minimal service. It's just too bad...

Very rude customer service, the cashier got an attitude with me when I wanted to use my Casey's rewards. never have had bad service at Casey's. I'm sorry the employee hates her job but she does not need to take out on customers.

Went there trying to get some food at 9:30pm and they very rudely told me kitchen is closed at 10pm and everything was already put away so they wouldn't help me
