I was taking my nephew fishing early in the morning, and needed to make sure we had breakfast. I ordered online, the night before. Everything was ready to go, when I picked up. I will be coming back, everytime we go fishing! Thank you, Casey's!

Go to any caseys but this one on iron and Ohio.
New crew has no customer service. sends wrong orders and claim its your fault.
They have false advertising. This store has gone to hell.
I spend hella money at this store everyday. I fuel my vehicles my personal and work vehicles.
I buy breakfast, lunch and sometimes even dinner regularly hear.
NOT anymore I will drive cross town to get my supplys and gas.
And it won't be another caseys.
This Sunday morning manager
Needs fired. From someone who loves and supports caseys.
I will now tell anyone that listen
To go anywhere but caseys.

Place is always dirty. Floors needed to be moped, floors need swept, and the restroom smells like urine all the time.

I go here almost daily and the last several times there's been no hot foods available around 5:30pm. Today I went in and stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes while Beth completely ignored me while making pizzas. I finally had to walk over by the oven and asked if any pizzas were coming out? She interrupted me and yelled, "NO and it'll be 1 1/2 or 2 hours!!"
There was no eye contact made, no apology. Just a rude and nasty attitude. If you hate life and your job so much, I suggest not working in customer service!
08/30/2023 - Went in just after 6am to get breakfast after a long shift and there was nothing. No donut selection, no breakfast pizza, no hashbrowns. Only 2 sandwiches, 2 biscuits and gravy, and 2 breakfast bowls or whatever they're called. I'm not sure why this store has so many problems.

The service this evening was awful! Employees were rude and did nothing but complain about the amount of pizzas in our order. The pizzas weren't cut properly or even all the way through. Most of them weren't even fully cooked!

Drive through CarWash... Don't Waist Your Money! We took our van through it and all it did was remove part of the dust (not all). All the "Bird and bug stains were still on the windows when done!" Unfortunately, I waisted $11 on something I could have done for free with a water hose at home. Goto StuJos instead. There you can do it yourself for $8 and have an excellent job that lasts for weeks.
