PSA!!! BRAIN PRATT IS A SCAM!!Don’t go to BWP REPAIR !!Got ripped off on a towing ! I have a small Cadillac CTs, that had a flat tire, and was parked on ‘Mariposa’ country road , they towed my vehicle @10 pm, I called @ 8 am to get details on billing, my bill totaled out almost $700. They refuse to give me details on to why $340 was used on special equipment, and were very disrespectful. I did pay the bill in full, but still doesn’t seem right. Save yourself from a bill that high… and avoid them!!

These guys have had my old Suzuki motorcycle for a long, long time. I think Brian is afraid of it. Must be since it's going on 3 years despite stopping by all the time and listening to a lot of idle promises. From the looks of his back yard he keeps a lot of customer pieces. Very odd and embarassing.

My Suzuki has been in Brians’s shop for going on 3 years. Very unprofessional. Hard to force a guy to work. Full of excuses. Embarrassed for the guy.

Our experience, both with the BWP parent company and mobile tech Jordan made this review absolutely worth five stars. We were traveling in our RV on I-70 late in the afternoon just west of Salina, KS when we lost all AC power. BWP was recommended by the KOA campground we stayed at that night and one other business. We contacted them and they said they'd try to send a mobile tech to us that evening, or first thing in the morning at the latest. This was about 5 PM (closing time) and they still offered to help us. The tech got tied up at a traffic accident (not his), and they called twice during the evening - once to let us know he was delayed and once to let us know that he wasn't going to make it until morning. Along with the latter came a promise to arrive by 8 AM. They delivered! Jordan arrived right on time, reviewed symptoms and our feeble efforts to trouble shoot. He checked a few items and found a blown 300-amp fuse within about 20 minutes. We were good to go. Jordan was polite, obviously experienced and very knowledgeable, and efficient. All that contributes to lower cost to us the customers because he got the job done efficiently and quickly. When it came time to pay we were also pleasantly surprised.Service: Electrical repair
