I also asked if they had a way to lock the kitchen drawers so they would stay closed while driving. All was done perfectly. I have always been very satisfied with all services they have performed on my motorhome.”

“My transmission cooler got punctured while driving down the interstate and leaked out my transmission fluid. It was late in the afternoon. He was not able to find a cooler for my van that afternoon or the next day. I know that finding parts for my van that are readily available is not easy. Gary did find one that would work and got me back on the road. I believe that he worked extra hard to get me back on the road quickly. I am thankful for his efforts.”

“After a very poor and inappropriate experience at the AutoZone on Ohio in Salina, KS, my 18 year old stepdaughter visited this location for a vehicle battery. The workers were very kind and treated her with patience and respect. Despite the extreme cold, they did everything they could to help her and explain options. When she was unsure, they called and spoke with her dad over the phone (she lives away to attend college currently). They treated her the way you hope everyone would treat a young adult away from home. We highly recommend this location over the location on Ohio in Salina.”

“Our experience working with Holm has been awesome. Our story with Holm actually started 3 years ago. We needed our first family car for our expanding family. We described our situation and the salesman quickly realized the vehicles we thought we wanted would not be our best fit. He had us put all of our new baby stuff in the back to see how it would fit. We could now see this particular car was not going to work. Our salesman listened to our priorities and price point. He demonstrated integrity by explaining that a minivan might meet all of our goals and we should at least look at one first. However he didn't have one to sell us. We love our minivan but because of that salesman we decided that we wanted to use Holm for all of our maintenance. Holm impressed us with the way they handled a maintenance issue with our previous car so we knew that our next vehicle had to come from Holm. We were so excited to see our truck on Holm's lot and the buying process was just what we expected. They gave us a fair deal and made sure we were happy throughout the process. We are confident that their support will continue after the sale with any issues on any of our vehicles regardless of who sold the vehicle to us.
