Left a message on their website with contact information no response over 7 days. Contacted them myself and mentioned I put on a request and that I didn't hear so physically calling now. Explained my window situation and was told would be called back. Have money to spend and need new window but now know I'm not worth the effort to even say can't make it in today. Out of the area so tried to get the consult done and ticket paid BEFORE my absence. Now the 2 week window BEFORE it can be installed will be stretched to 3, that's EVEN if they call me back ?♂️?.

Auto Glass Solutions did a GREAT job on the windshield in my pick up, not to mention they had my truck in and out and completely finished in 45 minutes!!! Half the price that Safel*** was going to charge!!!! Would strongly recommend to anyone!

Set an appointment the day prior was told that my application would be at 2 pm. When I arrived at the shop the glass I needed wasn't ordered like I was told. When I started to confront them about it, the owner threatened physical assault on me. Just arrived at the court house and will be talking to the district Court and police. Do not use this place
