Had some records that were obviously left in the hot sun somewhere along delivery. I didn’t get a chance to open the records until almost 8 months after I received them. A very expensive UHQR of Jimi Hendrix was warped to unplayable. They replaced it along with a few others, I know of no other store that would do that after that much time. Incredible product incredible service nice people.

Never had a bad experience with this amazing company that handles all aspects of their own special edition pressings and shipment. Seems like the majority of negative reviews do not understand the business they are dealing with. If you do know what you are buying and have an ear for amazing recordings in the best versions possible, you won't be disappointed. They also sell many other labels of music as a full e-commerce store front. Support small quality businesses!!

I would like to address the 'negative' comments. Being fairly new to the audiophile world of high end records and after a few excellent purchase and enjoyment experiences, I took it upon myself to do a little investigating when I saw they had some negative feedback. I had just made a fairly large purchase and I asked if it was possible for a tour. What I found was AMAZING! I addressed with them, just about every complaint I saw here. This is what I learned:Complaint 1. Having to wait for a product: Acoustic Sounds / Quality Records employs a LOT of people. No one is standing around with nothing to do. Even with the number of people working, working like a well oiled machine (quality is job 1), there are many times that the demand for their quality records far exceeds what is humanly possible. On the day I was there, they took in 3,500 orders on ONE PRODUCT! They have LOTS of products! That was just ONE. They can humanly process 1,300 to 1,500 orders a day. That's why some orders take awhile to get shipped. Understanding this is one of the few individual owned small businesses left, your patience will be rewarded with the highest quality product.Complaint 2. Shipping issues: After having some orders damaged in freight, they engineered their own box design. Their boxes pretty much guarantee that unless a train runs over it, your purchase is going to arrive in perfect condition. It is the job of the shipper to email you tracking information and address any damaged packages. Make sure they have all your correct info and inspect your package when it arrives. Yes, the package is a little bigger than your purchase, but that little bit insures your purchase will be perfect on arrival.Complaint 3. Poor customer service: I saw 8 people in 'Customer Service'. If you are in business, you will totally appreciate the family atmosphere where EVERYONE loves their job and the people they work with. I cannot fathom any of them not being courteous. I have received nothing less than 5 star service.Complaint 4. "I got there and they were closed!": This is not a record shop. It is mail order and not open for 'walk in shoppers'. With the number of employees and the crazy world we seem to live in now, Mr. Kassem takes the safety of his family (employees) VERY serious. The doors remain locked at all times and scheduled visits / appointments are always welcome. While there, being fascinated by the whole process of making high end records, I tried not to interrupt folks that were so busy but I did make a lot of new friends and learned a lot about a fascinating, well operated, business!Complaint 5. "International shipping": International shipping is all over the board. Some countries have additional fees, processes, etc.. All I can say, if the Timex isn't you and you want the Rolex, it costs a little more and any wait is worth it. Yes, Amazon can ship some things quickly, but they don't have access to everything.I always prefer to buy from individually owned businesses and despise what BIg Box has done to all the Mom and Pops of the world. It's good to know there are still some going head to head with them and turning out the highest quality.

Disc Doctor, Quickwash and Miracle, are probably the best vinyl cleaning products but... no reseller in europe and, since the takeover by Acoustic sounds, you will pay 150% shipping costs for Europe!! I was going to change products! You are definitely not reliable at all...Duane Goldman must be ashamed?

First, great selection of music especially jazz and classic rock. Top notch customer service. I am a vinyl enthusiast and cannot express how important, not just good, but important Analogue Productions is. Reissue of great albums in excellent pressings and in most forms, affordable, are great for all who appreciate music. And he best packaging available. Yes, UHQR pressings are pricey. But the selections are of great music, even if the owner pursues personal favorites, most of which I completely agree with. First class materials and royalties are expensive. If you want great pressings, great service, and passion for music, this is the best.

I echo what others have said about very slow shipping and less than stellar customer service. Bought a few records from them and one was defective. Return process was very slow and in the end we had an issue that customer service was not willing to help resolve. Emails were short and snippy. I wish I could say better things as they have great selection and packaging, and at least one customer service rep, Allie, who was kind. But overall negative experience and I won't be shopping from this business again.

I ordered the new Pink Floyd Animals SACD from these guys. I had two choices only. Either these guys or Music Direct. The only reason I chose Acoustic Sounds was they had another SACD that I wanted. It's taken two weeks now and counting and I still await my SACDs. A call into their customer service and the gentleman on the other end was not courteous at all. I mean, why should I waste his time to check on an order I placed which said it would be here a week ago? Silly me... And I'm only a few states away! Music Direct is the place to go and I will learn that valuable lesson from here on out. They always deliver within a week or even less. They're even further away from me than these guys are and their customer service is always fantastic. Live and learn.

I try to shop locally but these guys have managed to permanently lose my business. Customer service has continued to decline since Stelly and Nate left.Seems there’s an issue with high turnover there.

I needed the first three Kiss albums on vinyl and I found them on Acoustic Sounds. Two of them were very reasonably priced considering the prices of everything is going up in price for God knows what reason, but anyway two of those records were $25.99 each and another one was $32.99. All three were single albums. I would have given Acoustic Sounds five stars if the latter price record of $32.99 was the same price as the previous records of $25.99. There was literally no reason for the one record to be $32.99 because it was nothing more special than the other two in the long run. But I did find all of them in one spot and I figured I would just go ahead and order them. They did take a slow time to get them to my door. Slow shipping. But on the upside, extremely good packaging! There is only one or two other sites that pack records that well besides a few personal sellers on Discogs or ebay. Besides the troubling slow shipping, I would recommend Acoustic Sounds at any given time. Not a bad company at all!

People like Leonard Cooper that left a review are so obnoxious. "OMG, I CAN'T GET MY ORDER STATUS AFTER 4 DAYS". Has to be a millenial or zoomer or whatever. Unless you are a record flipper, you don't need your order status that quick, and if you are a flipper, you don't deserve the records and that's no reason to leave a poor review to a company dealing with difficult business operating environment.Anyways, Acoustic Sounds has been great. Quality vinyl, awesome reissues, and very honest and transparent ownership (search on Youtube, you'll see what I mean.
