“I've always had great experiences with them. They know their stuff and always find the problems quickly, without needing to bring the vehicle back multiple times. Trustworthy. Don't try to talk you into a bunch of additional work, and are honest about if something needs to be taken care of right away, or can wait. Also don't charge a huge mark up. I've never felt the costs were the least bit high.The only "Problem" I've experienced, is that sometimes it takes awhile to be able to get in to have it looked at. Which is because they are very busy. Which is because they are very good.”
“Fantastic customer service, excellent quality of work. I had these guys install a driver's seat heater and also a new head unit. The head unit ended up having issues with Android Auto connectivity (through no fault of Film at Eleven) due to a problem with the unit that was received. Film at Eleven got my car back in the same week to install a new head unit at no charge to me. The guys were pleasant to deal with in person as well, and I will gladly take my car back to them again if I ever need more work done.”
“Very happy with the work Alan Clark Body Shop did. Our insurance set us up with them for hail repair and a hood replacement. We were estimated it would take about a week. The car was done in 2 days, even after the initial replacement hood arrived damaged. The team worked hard to get the job done correctly. We really appreciate having this shop in town!”

“I took my truck to Donny 6 years ago and he took good care of me i gave him money upfront for parts got it back in less than 48 hrs I had him do a diagnostic test on my wife’s mini van before we took to Texas thank goodness I did cause in would’ve broke down He has saved me a many times I pay him every time and I dont make him wait on his money so he makes sure he gets my work done quickly especially for being a solo guy doing most of the work while make the quick cash to keep the doors open”
“They got me in quickly with my flattening tire. I verified the road hazard coverage and left. When I returned 2 hours later, they informed me that a nail was to close to the sidewalk and the tire needed to be replaced. I asked why it had not been replaced over the last two hours. They had not even checked to see if they had a replacement. It was replaced quickly but I did receive a $13 charge for the replacement that had 5000 miles on it and then tax, and they charged me again for a $15 road hazard fee?? I didn't think that was correct?”
