I felt transmission shift strange got looking things over and realize voltage was low. Pull into Floyd’s about noon and after noon break had a new alternator installed in about an hour labor.
Great service from Bruce and Shop team with a good price overall.

Called from TA (only 3 miles from them) with an air brake issue. They said they didn't have time to even look at the truck. I won't make that call a second time.

Had an oil issue. Luckily they were not to far from my location. They quickly ordered the parts I needed and had me on my way in a few short hours with a reasonable price. Way better than most chain truck repair shops

If you need road services, do not call this shop, it’s only a bring it to their shop for work place. The best part was they didn’t even call to let the carrier know they weren’t going to make the road call; they just left it as an open-ended statement that he could come on bye. So disappointed thinking I was waiting on a repair tech to come out and so I called them to see when someone might be on there way, and they just told me about my service call, and why no one was coming. Why would my carrier tell me someone has been contacted but may be awhile if they never planned to come? Come on really? What a waste of time...
