So much for small town America or hospitality. Stopped by this morning, on the recommendation of a few locals that said if anyone would help us, it would be them. I walked in and explained I was traveling with my son, who is Active Duty Military, trying to drive his truck back from SC to Colorado where he is stationed. He recently had motor work done and I explained I think he had an injector misfiring causing some fuel to mix in with the oil and thinking it out, resulting in almost NO oil pressure. Mind you, I didn’t ask them to fix or even diagnose a problem, I simple asked him to PLEASE change the oil so we could at least make it closer to his home in case something went wrong. He said they were booked and couldn’t spare even a few mins for an oil change, and pointed us 28 miles down the road to Hays. I tried to explain that we literally had no oil pressure and it wasn’t safe or smart to go any further, and the guy didn’t care an ounce. So, unless you’re a local and repeat customer, but instead you happen to be passing through or traveling and experience any kind of emergency, just keep driving, cross your fingers and pray, because this place could care less. Aside from the fact it was for my son, maybe it was the fact it was for an Active Duty Service member trying to make it back to his base that pisses me off the most. I sincerely hope this is seen and they get treated the same way they treat other people, strangers, travelers and our military in a time of need.

I have bought tires, had tires repaired and had oil changes here for years. Always great! However, I was disappointed today when I took my car in for an oil change. They have always made the windows sparkle and did a quick vacuum, but did not do so today and it was more expensive.

Josh was a big help when we were having car troubles. Came out and jump started a car and then after that didn't work - he came back and swapped out the battery. We bought a set of tires from him, they ride smooth and he was nice enough to save the one good tire we had for storage in case there was a need for it in the future. We definitely recommend!
