“Russell Branch- I was traveling to Russell today for a doctors appointment. When I came out of the appointment about noon, I noticed the passenger side front tire was flat, with an obvious screw in the tire. The first place I called from my google search told me they had just gone to lunch and would not be back until 1:30. I asked if there was another place open through the noon hour and he suggested Great Bend Coop. I was confused and thought I'd called a tire place in Great Bend instead of Russell. I did a google search anyway and discovered Great Bend Coop has a Russell branch, so I called. I spoke to a guy that said he could help; he brought a bubble to air my tire enough I could get to the shop. Once there, this young man did not skip a beat. He went right to work to finish the tire he had been fixing, and immediately got to mine. He was done in no time at all, and I was right back on the road! Who says young people don't want to work or don't know how? Ashton was his name, and he definitely knows how to work! He understands a job well done, customer service, going the extra mile, friendly service, good manners.... Thank you again, Ashton! Russell Branch, this young man deserves a raise, and promotion!”

“I do not post much, but I wanted to give this store credit. We pulled up to get gas (running on empty) to find out that the whole town was out of power. The employees at the store were awesome and brought out ice water and snacks for us and our dog while we waited.”

“This is a very clean, well-kept stop that looks like it may have recently been renovated. Restrooms are super clean and staff is very polite. I would recommend this place for a stop along I-70.”
