“Received notification of a parcel in my cluster box and the key provided did not open the parcel box. Call the PO and was told they would check it out. Just received a call from the Andover Post Office that they had hand deliver the package to my door. Great service!!”

“In the past 7 days, they’ve “lost” 3 packages. You go and try to see why, “there’s nothing we can do here”. All of my packages say delivered in my mailbox but there’s never anything there. Its getting expensive and inconvenient trying to replace something you can’t get in stores.Edit: the new mail carrier accidentally put my mail in my neighbors box(we have a parcel). After I brought it to their attention, they reached out and fixed the problem!”

“The best FedEx location in Wichita, on Kellogg Drive heading east, shortly before Rock Road They have been incredibly helpful here with anything I’ve ever used them for, mostly being printing needs. I’ve received premium and professional customer service from the staff and this location is more spacious than other places like it. I recommend this print and shipping center to all of Wichita.”
