Great car wash with lots of pressure! Car wash has 4 bays. Three bays are self service and then one automatic. It's extremely competitively priced! The owners are very involved within the community and support local fundraisers along the school.

Been going here for 10 years and have watched their quality decline rapidly in the last 3 years. Each time I come here, the wash quality, time the wash take and experience gets worse. Today I watched them open my door into the frame that holds the hoses for vacuum. I walked over to let them know and they acted like not a big deal continued to mumble about something. What a joke. Done come here, go to the Chevrolet station or across the street. Much better job and fraction of the overcharged price.

Terrible have tried washing my car here twice, I could of washed it myself better. Had to come home and vacuum and dry the door rails, no tire shine, nothing....

You get what you pay for- which is great. My car is pretty new and I take it in here every couple of weeks to get vacuumed and washed- I've probably gone 10 times. I've gone to Brown Bear and done it myself. I realized I do a shitty job and it's about the same price, so I take it to Rose Hill. It also came out better than the machine wash from across the street. Plus, if there's dirt, you can always point and ask for them to fix it up, which you can't do at a drive-through. One time they forgot to vacuum my front seat, so I asked them to and they did without any issue. I can't speak to how they deal with extremely dirty cars- that seems to be what people have issues with.

I bought a super wash, paid $31.57 plus a tip and these guys did a terrible job! The two customers upfront of me complained that their cars were dirty, I thought they were exaggerating until it was my turn and I saw my vehicle. I asked to speak to the manager Gilberto and he told me I had to pay an extra $6 to get my floor vacuumed again, my windows had stains on them, the so-called super package is suppose to come with an air fresher but I didn't get anything handed to me, Gilberto told me they sprayed something in there but I couldn't smell a single thing. This place is a RIP OFF, TRUST ME YOUR BETTER OFF CLEANING YOUR CAR YOURSELF.

It's been 10 1/2 years since I've been getting my car wash here at Rose Hill Car Wash. The reason that I'd chosen this establishment is to support mom & pap local businesses. The service here has been ok, not amazing by any mean, but ok. Decent enough for me to come back after all these years. The service I have always ordered previously & today is "The Works PLUS", $32.95 + tips. The man that was working on my car wave his hand and called out "Tesla" to indicate that my car was ready. I walked over, quickly glanced at the work, everything was ok again like previous visits. Oddly I noticed my back seat floor and seats were not touched or cleaned. I asked him about it, firmly & confidently he responded that it was going to be an extra $10. Surprisingly, I clarified that I have been going here for the last 10 1/2 years and it has always been done. Not to mentioned that my 30 years of experiences in getting my car wash services, not once has my back seats were not cleaned. Disappointedly I walked back into the registered area where there were an older couple (70's or so), could be the owners working behind the counter. I shared my story with them, the gentleman confirmed that yes it is true that it's $10 extra. The lady added that it was a courtesy previously, now it's extra. Guess I'm asking too much. I am speechless!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! This is the third time I have been to this car wash. They are not thorough in their cleaning. I get the best package and I still need to go home and clean my car. Today I showed the girl my drivers mat. It didn't even look like they vacuumed. In addition, the surfaces inside were still dirty and there was still pollen on my car. The man working outside said "the machine does not get the crevices". Three strikes, you are out!!!! Never going there again!! I didn't want to give them any stars, but you have to give at least one

I would have given this place 0 stars (if it were possible) but the cost makes it possible to give in 1. I should have known with that price it wasn't going to be the greatest. If you have a car that you keep very clean and you go here just for a refresh, it would be fine. But don't expect to go there and get a clean car if it's even slightly dirty. The workers aren't even friendly. Very disappointed in the entire place. Granted, we used our truck to move and it was pretty dirty but I would have expected better than what we got.

I like this place because 2 dollars gets me enough time to spray off my sedan every few days before i finish wiping it down at home.

Just paid $28 plus tip so my car can look worse than it did before. Now I have to spend the time I was trying to save washing it at home myself.

Where do i start....the workers here don't seem to care about their job at all. They want to get as many cars in and out as possible by half doing what they are supposed to do. Paid almost $30 for a car wash that includes interior. When they were done I checked my back set and front seat and they didn't wipe it down at all. The lady came back after I asked and she did a quick wipe down. Then I saw more spots on my back seat and asked someone if I can have a wash cloth so I can wipe it myself. Eventually a guy came over and told me it would cost $10 more for them to wipe down the back seat. Seriously?! Didn't I just paid to have the interior cleaned as well? Interior means "situated within or inside." As far as I'm concerned, the seats are inside the car. Before my car was ready, another guy whose car was ready was angry. They didn't vacuum his car which he had paid for. He went inside to complain as he should have. Just because we are in the middle of a pandemic doesn't mean you can do a horrible job. Don't go here, waste of money.
