We have been using this free service long before Covid and it saves time by making a list, shopping on the app, adding and marking items as favorites. Set convenient time to pick up and take home. “Went to get a flu shot today. It was actually a great experience. It started checking in with Bibi the pharmacy tech. Very cheerful, pleasant, and professional. This young lady is so talented very multiple task type employee. She answered phone, enter data, cashiered, even assisted other techs. Then came the shots for the wife and I. Lon the Pharmacist was very professional, knowledgeable, and a great sense of humor. Didn't even feel the shot. It is so nice to see folks like Pharmacist Lon and pharmacy tech Bibi enjoying their profession.”

“I've been ordering from Dillons.com (online only), and it's been the BEST experience of any major online brand. Dillon's warehouse people do an exceptional job ensuring the items they ship are well protected, don't leak everywhere, and don't break and make a mess. In contrast, if you read my recent review about Target.com, they are a hot mess and have been for years with zero improvements. I'm so glad I gave Dillons a shot because out here in California, all major online brands like Amazon, Target, and Walmart refuse to get their acts together. Give Dillons.com a try, and you'll probably be surprised at how much better they are than the brands most of us Westcoasters are familiar with.”

“I have had the pleasure of using this Walgreens location for the last three years. The greatest % of the staff in the Pharmacy go far above and beyond to take great care of their customers. It's not hard to see that they are a busy location, I would suggest to anyone "feeling" that their service is not superior, please take a moment to consider the impact these current times have had on these professionals. I can't begin to count the times that the Pharmacy staff has taken the time to ensure my needs were met, and any questions were satisfied. Kudos to these folks, they REALLY DO CARE!!”

“Just reading reviews .. I seen the post below and thought a response was needed!! I absolutely love this store.. and the management team as well!! I worked with Alex at a different location and he was an amazing manager!! He just had no tolerance for bull! And reading this post it says that u got in trouble for family emergency, deaths in the family and being ill.. well maybe if it seems to happen all the time say ever other day or so... as a bagger you are required to help customers out with groceries, retrieve carts and do light cleaning duties.. when your hired on it is in the job description you are given when hired. "Regardless of weather" it's the job you agree to do when getting hired. Again this store is amazing .. every thing u need you will find here.. very clean and very well managed! Great associates and customer service! And also a great selection in gluten free and health foods!”

“Ken the pharmacist at this location is great. I have talked with him several times about the medicine that’s been prescribed to me as I’m an immediate metabolizer and have to be extra careful because of side effects. He always takes the time to explain how these drugs work and what to look for in regards to side effects. He even called another Walgreens location for me to check medication availability because they were out of stock.He also gave my son a meningitis booster he needed for school. My son had no burning or pain with the injection.He’s done an amazing job helping us manage our medical care.I highly recommend this location as they always answer the phone, hold times are minimal, pre-authorization is sent quickly to physicians and prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. Excellent customer service.”

“I would like to First say I have a revolving prescription that is ready on the same day every month. I almost always call ahead to let the pharmacist know I'm on the way. That is exactly what I did on this day. Upon arriving @ 8:15 the pharmacist tech told me that my prescription was scheduled to be ready at 11:15 and I should come back then. When I arrived there was nobody in the Drive-Thru. I did not see anybody standing inside, I did not see the pharmacist tech help anybody else. I own two businesses and working on developing a third. I cannot imagine telling one of my clients they need to come back in 3 hours knowing that they live out of town and they called ahead because I am working on other clients orders that are not even present. I did not see another Soul in line I am the first and only person in line. After I got my prescription I pulled out to tend to my baby as i am sitting there she turns an elderly lady down to say she would have to come back. If that was my grandma I would want her to get her prescription and be home say before taffic gets heavy around the lunch time hour. To me this is unacceptable thankfully the pharmacists made sure that I got my prescription in a timely manner. So for that I will give five stars. However they need to work on that techs attitude as she was preety rude to the older lady.”

“This Derby location has really turned around... and the one I went (Seneca) to has fine down hill.My doctor called the Seneca location while I was out of town and his nurse then arranged a new med, discount card, etc. (I have a great doctor btw) so I got to Seneca location and they had no notes. They tried to charge me 3506 cash price for the medicine the doctor office verified discount card should be 25. They rang up the wrong quantity.I was given the option of take it or leave it. Even though previous transactions were in the system they wouldn't check it. So I called Derby because I had to find someone that would listen...In 10 minutes Juaqun the Derby technici an got the 3506 medicine corrected to $25; got the correct quantities on my other 2 meds for 90 day supplies, transferred everything to Derby. Walked in and Sang gsve me a great consult in the New medicine which I had not been offered at the other store.If you need help go in and ask for Juaquin! He and the rest of the staff did great!Why? Well they did say that they Re under new management in that store and it shows!”
