Good luck if you ever move away this pharmacy will keep refilling your prescriptions after you’ve called them and told them multiple times over a year and a half that you don’t live there and you don’t fill your prescriptions there anymore. STOP FILLING MY PRESCRIPTIONS AT THIS LOCATION! It makes it harder for me to get them where I actually live!!!! And I don’t know how to make it any clearer that I don’t live there and I do not need my prescriptions at this location! And then maybe they would have time to fill the prescriptions of the people who actually need them in Kansas.

This Walgreens pharmacy never picks up their phone. When someone does then no one talks and they roll you back into the queue to listen to music! Even when you get someone on the line they put you on hold and never come back to assit you! Please have better service for your customers!

I have been trying to give this Walgreens chance after chance , as I used to work at a different Walgreens, so I know how tough some days can be here. However, every time I have been to the pharmacy they never have my prescription ready, when you ask them when it’ll be ready one will tell you the next day, one will tell you 15 minutes, they never seem to know. Pharmacy doesn’t have any compassion or customer service skills. As for the front of the Walgreens, I placed an online order because I am sick. I asked in the online order for whatever the next substitution is. They were out of the cough drops I wanted, but didn’t put any substitution in my order. This Walgreens just isn’t good.

Hours changed significantly in February and yet they still have the old hours still on the door. Also too lazy to edit these hours as if anyone with a pulse may not use them to check if they are open.

I called several times and was on hold for ten minutes each time. Terrible service. Thank God I usually go to CVS. They're much better than Walgreens.

This is trish and jezeial, they work in the pharmacy and have no customers service skills what so ever ! Came in the get my prescription filled and the guy takes my papers and just walks away for like 10 mins then comes back and gives the paper back and just says okay here you go. Didnt give me any info so i ask did you get it filled he said yes so i said how long he said a hour so i simply asked can you send it somewhere else (mind you they have done this for me before on different occasions) and he just straight up says no im not going to do that and thats when everything starts going downhill on a petty back and fourth and him giving trish a one sided story and her coming over and not even hearing what i have to say and hanging the drive through pick up phone up saying i dont have to deal with this… all i have to say is dont get a job and get mad for someone asking you to do your job

I went to get a covid and flu shot and everyone was very nice. The lady who gave my shots apologized for the wait and did a great job. I've seen reviews with people complaining about the pharmacy but I watched the counter and people came in and out pretty fast. I appreciate you guys!

Last week the pharmacy sent my prescription to a different Walgreens and couldn’t tell me where. I had to order another refill from my doctor. Today I got diagnosed with Flu A and strep throat. Waited patiently at home for my RX to be ready. Got a call at 1:27 saying I can pick up meds. I immediately drove over and a gentleman at the pharmacy drive through told me they were stopping for lunch. Why call me to pick up my prescription 3 minutes before you close for lunch?? So sick with 102 fever I waited 30 minutes because nobody could be bothered to hand me my prescription. I understand short staffed. I’ve waited countless times for my prescriptions here. I’ve finally had it and I’m moving my prescriptions. Also the lobby inside had dead bugs in the corners along baseboards.

Just like most Walgreens these days, this location is severely understaffed and rude. Forced to use the drive thru and had to wait in line for 45 minutes. It’s obvious Walgreens as a company cares more about profits than taking care of patients.

Trich and her staff provide exceptional customer service it's a pleasure to visit this pharmacy. Everyone is so helpful behind the counter as well as service needed with themedical products outside.Keep up the excellent ServiceGOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HARD TO FINE THESE DAYS☺️

Unprofessional pharmacists!! They said they cannot have my prescription transferred. I know that the policy is that it can be transferred one time. I just called my original walgreens and the pharmacist there said THAT IT CAN be transferred and all they need is my name and DOB. FYI, this Walgreens on Roe is also known to close down at times due to staffing shortages. And they're lying bc they don't want to do their job. Unbeleiveable.
***UPDATE I have found another pharmacy to refill the script, and all he needed was my name and DOB and is filling it with no problem. So this rule she made up over the phone is just a lie. She even said she asked her boss... Well he lied too then. I really wish that people would not be lazy and just do their jobs.

I went to develop 5 photos and I was waiting for 1 hour for them to attend to me, a boy arrived and took his photos in less than 5 minutes and then told me that she didn't know that I was there for some photos, I had heard one of them those who work there tell you that my photos were ready, terrible service! Find better employees please and thank you!
