Ruby was fantastic! My credit card was hacked and Ruby took the time to get the fraudulent charges reversed and elevate the case to another level. I first called the 1-800 fraud number and the person "handling" the case dropped the ball and would never call me back. The fraudulent charges were on my card for months before I finally contacted my branch bank. Ruby cut through the red tape and was extremely helpful.

I'm glad there is a US Bank location close to me, but it is concerning that it sometimes takes the bank 4-5 days to check the Depository. The ATM is always being updated or worked on at this location (I know ATM's are prone to breaking, this location just has a lot of mechanical issues). The individuals that work at the branch are great, they have always been super nice I just think the processes here are a little slow.

I have banked with U.S. Bank for about three years and I do transactions occassionally. I wished I knew the name of the lady at the drive thru, she sounds young and she is always very helpful. I did had a bad experience once with a different lady at the drive thru. Overall it has been good.

Ugh this was an awful experience. I had to go in today and contend with incompetency at its finest. The branch manager or a supervisor was not knowledgeable about the practices of the bank she helps to oversee. The information she shared was explicitly contradicted by another branch and the phone support agent apologized for the sharing of blatantly incorrect information. I employee people myself and this woman would not have made it past the first interview. Why do some companies settle for mediocrity?As an aside, I did have a business account there several years ago and closed it after a few months because of their creepy sales tactics. They always wanted to get their hands on my money. Uh, no. This is the dollar bin at a dirty Wal-Mart. It always feels like a cheap dystopian melodrama and the people look like miserable zombies. Never again.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Unfortunately after banking with them for years might change banks. Lady was super rude to me infront of other customers in the store. Didn't care to help me at all. Was SUPER lazy and I could hear here talking to someone on the phone and she kept cutting him off and hung up on him!!! Not how to run a bank! Do better on hiring employees!

I walked into this branch to get assistance from my father and I have the worst experience ever there were three young ladies inside a branch manager that was on duty she will not tell me what was your name because I was having difficulty talking to the person she refused to help me she refused to tell me her name but yet she was in charge of the branch it was a young Lady and she refuse to let other people help me that was working at the Front somebody needs to look into this look into training their staff properly because the manager did not act like she was in charge sad day for us bank

The new ATM hardly works. I have had several occasions where I haven't been able to make deposits with it. I went inside right before they closed and I was directed to use the drive thru, even though it hadn't turned 5:00pm. Consistently disappointed with this branch, unfortunately it is the closest one to my house...

I am switching my accounts over to this bank and am so happy to have had Taylor's help and support. She made it easy for me and while we were at it, we checked into what I was paying for credit card processing at my office and she was able to save me money on that as well!

We have a really awesome personal banker at this branch with no extra charge. Taylor is the branch manager and has gone above and beyond to ensure that we switched over to US Bank easier, we got an auto loan through them and personal and business credit card. Literally can call, text or email our issue or need and she will take care of it so quickly.
