This Casey's is not famous for pizza because it doesn't sell it. Like, I've never seen another Casey's without pizza. Also, on the afternoon I went in, the soda machine, fancy coffee machine, and slushy machine were all out of order. Bathroom was small and pretty gross, kind of like the rest of this store. Literally, it's worse than those rural Casey's locations built in the early 1980s that were never updated. It takes the crown for the worst Casey's of all time in my book. I know they bought out and converted this from a Minute Mart, so hopefully soon they'll just demolish it and give the residents of Roeland Park a proper, clean, fully operational convenience store and gas station with amazing pizza.

Ever since i saw Caseys opening close to me im so excited so i call in to place my order Caseys Pizza Yummy!! What tha!! You dont sale pizza at this location how could you.Big let down.

I've never heard of a Casey's without pizza. This place has no hot food at all. I literally walked in, took one look around, and left dumbfounded.

It's supposed to be a Casey's? but they never have pizza or any other hot food available. The lack of basic offerings was unacceptable. Additionally, the service was abysmal, with workers displaying a complete lack of care or professionalism. Overall, a highly disappointing visit that I won't be repeating. Do yourself a favor and go to the QT next door.

So I stopped in to get gas at this Casey's. After I got gas I went in to use the restroom. Right about the time I was about to come out this greasy kid from behind the counter barges in the bathroom to ask me if I'm okay and says I have been in the bathroom for 45 minutes. I know for a fact I was only in there for 15 minutes because I was playing a game with a timer on it. It's not like there were other customers waiting for it or something. I informed him I was getting out right now and he was out of soap and paper towels in the bathroom and maybe he should focus more on that type of stuff then how long I take to use the restroom. I was wondering why he looks so greasy and sweaty and he wasn't even doing anything. Maybe he just had a little too much coffee who knows. Is it Casey's policy to time customers in the bathroom? It seems kind of rude and invasive to me

An imposter Casey's! They don't even have pizza and haven't heard of any plans to add it. The hours are also bad. Do yourself a favor and go to quick trip 1min up the street.

3 pm on a Sunday, no sign or anything - whole place is closed. Inconsistent hours at best, can't seem to maintain staff at this location even after the Casey's name was added to it.

We got here after 8am and they aren't open. We are on a road trip and were skeptical of the one star reviews. You're better off finding another place along the way. Do better Casey's.
