Didn’t get the name of the guy there but my mother in law went there to get two phones reactivated. She was told she had to call customer service and that he could do nothing at all. Which he could have called with his phone to assist her to provide great customer service.After she got everything fixed through customer service while she was in the store. She got up from the chair and went back to the employee and he told her the price it would be to active the phones. The price was not right, She said she was only paying for two lines and not three.He then said you’ll have to call customer service to get that fixed. Yet another frustrating disappointment from the same person. Now during this whole time he was just using his phone watching tik tok videos with his phone what seemed like 100% volume. It was hard for me to hear the conversation my mother in law was having with customer service over the speaker.He was absolutely useless. We will not be going to this store again. Lesson learned.

I needed to go back and pull some old text messages that were deleted and the women working that day lied and said she was unable to pull old messages back. I had to argue with her and walk her through how to do it even though I'm not even trained to do so. I did her job for her.Not to mention I was late getting off one day. I got to the store 20 minutes before they closed and the doors were locked without a note on the door stating otherwise. Completely unprofessional, highly recommend driving a little further for better service.

Amazing service. Extremely friendly and very helpful. Got me what I needed with no hassle very respectful and extremely kind. Informed about things I didn’t know and didn’t think was Important. Gave me the perfect plan for my self. The employee Mary was amazing with service. I’ve came in side boost mobile 3 times at this location and was satisfied with my service

Hours of operation online doesn't match the actual hours of operation. Also not related to this store but if you try and call most of the other stores around town their number is disconnected.go figure a phone store without a phone number

The customer service they provided was the most wonderful experience. The guy who helped us went above and beyond. I love this store. I will definitely be a customer for a long time.
