They have the containers for a squeegee and washer fluid, but they don't fill them up unfortunately.

Always one of the best gas prices in the city. As on this day, Amstar sported the lowest price on my gas buddy app. The place is fairly well lit, and the pumps are functional. There is an air pump and a propane gas swap station. The station carries standard convenience store products that include cigarettes, cigars, incense, and others.

It's a good gas station. Modern pumps. Prefer cash so plan on having cash.

The more I learn about this station, the more I admire. I live a couple miles away but became a customer when chasing the cheapest gas deal I could find several months ago. I think I've seen what others have maybe missed. Fueling at the pump after hours, there were signs on the pumps. Please pay with cash when possible to allow us to continue offering fuel discounts. Before that I hadn't cared about any aspect other than cheap for me. The more I learned and considered, this station was discounting their fuel with intentions of helping their community, a deviation from common business norms of finding and using advantage for quickest gain and growth by profit potential, (location lol, ) But from the first discount and sign I started to think a little more, learning it costs them to accept and process credit cards, some more than others. Its something many consumers aren't aware of and further don't care about. I have gone inside the station in which four times it was very busy , once not. I have watched how no matter who is working or the conditions, they assist anyone who asks. And do so with calm and genuine concern. Never harried, judgmental or resentful but as though each person is valued. Maybe the discount seems insignificant and yes it has varied (between .03 and .12 if I am recalling correctly) but its been consistent and offered in the spirit of helping the community. I feel beyond being an obvious sacrifice, it reflects their intentions and core values. That their devotion to service and community is what matters. Sounds like a great business ran by great people in a place where community cohesion seems quite a bit more possible and a place I'd much rather be.

Great gas station. ⛽️ It always has the lowest price in the neighborhood and usually not too crowded.

Not friendly. Wouldn’t accept return of faulty item because I stepped outside the store before testing. Nor did they warn it wasn’t returnable. I live in walking distance but I will find a new go to gas station now.

This place is a small, family owned gas station and they still manage to have cheaper gas than the big chains. One star reviews bc employees don't wear masks? So nitpicky and pathetic. It's a good gas station.

Clerk had no mask on and no plastic shield at counter. $3 minimum for debit card purchases. Good place to buy meth and crack pipes.

Isn't it funny how we develop favorites for mundane things like gas stations? Well, Amstar is not one of my favorites. It's your typical smaller little gas station that could definitely be cleaner, and has a sort of vibe that doesn't match the rest of Johnson Drive in my opinion. I'll pop in here as needed since I'm in the area a bit, but I'd rather hold out for a QuikTrip (about a mile down the street, north on Roe) as they take better care of everything. Inside is small and cramped, and I don't believe there is a public restroom -- if there is, it's one of those that you get a key and go outside for. TL:DR; It's fine, but not the cleanest.

Never ever step foot in these gas stations. Give your money to QuikTrip. Cashier would not let me buy one piece of candy, had to buy more. Do not give them your money!!

Very poor customer service. They knowingly sell bad/expired product and then say "no exchange or refunds". Never going back here again!
