I am new to Aldi. There's a lot to like, but also plenty to dislike. No complaints on food quality with the exception of the canned black olives. The can contained two olives that had partial pits; lucky for me that I didn't break a tooth. Just about everything we've tried is as good as, if not better than, national brands. Pricing on most items beats the competition. On the downside: The store is filthy. The grounds housing the carts are strewn with debris. The carts need a good steam cleaning. The shelves in the produce area need a deep cleaning. Most displays are helter skelter. It doesn't appear that the stockers are rotating the products. Phones ring off the hook which no one apparently answers. Last but not least, the checkout stands are deplorable. Sticky residue everywhere, with food and debris below and to the sides of the scales. I asked an employee for paper towels and cleaner so that I could clean it myself. She looked at me like I had two heads. I'm disappointed that a relatively new store is in such shape. I would think that the managers would want to put their best foot forward to attract and keep satisfied customers.l

One of the best Aldis locations. Always clean, organized, and has the best grocery prices. Can always find what I need here for a fraction of the cost at other grocery stores. Usually fairly busy, but it's easy to get in and out if you have a list prepared before you go in. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Aldi has always been my go to grocery store when money is tight. Aldi is a great store. The down side was being rushed through checkout by a cashier who was being timed. It was uncomfortable and so stressful! NOW they have self check out!! Hip hip Hooray! I will be back more often now that I know I can relax while I shop and checkout.

Worth shopping. Most of the produce is available and in good quality. I've had a difficult time with mixed greens, but I've experienced that at other grocery stores. The store layout is easy to navigate and the aisles are wide to dodge other shoppers. Good store.

I love Aldi, especially the Roeland Park store…It’s so big and clean, nicely laid out. Always find great buys.

Waited 5 minutes for a cashier. After getting loud Kiyoko came up to check me out! All the self check outs are card only. I refuse to use my card. Very unhappy! I will go to state Ave if I get desperate enough to shop at Aldi.

Love every thing about Aldi! Prices. Selection. German food surprises. And the self checkout.

Aldi's is my go-to place to shop for groceries and more. Handicapped Parking and restrooms available. Large parking lot. Carts cost a quarter, which you get back when you return it. They also now have Pick-up Parking for online orders. The staff is always overworked, yet extremely kind, friendly and helpful!! I highly recommend them!!

I might be bias, because this is my local Aldi, however it’s my favorite of all locations I’ve been to. The store is always very clean, large layout and even when the parking lot is full it’s still easy to navigate. I’ve only had long waits for checkout on the holidays. With the number of self check outs available it’s extremely convenient to stop in to grab a few things on my lunch break in a timely manner. The staff is also extremely friendly :) I’ve never had any issues here.

Great place for take and bake pizza and some of the best avocados and bananas. I also love their variety of non food items such as tennis shoes and sandals etc.

I drove all the way from Denver to shop here. I'd just had dinner in a local restaurant and suddenly felt the need for a restroom. I asked the guard if there was one and he said that it was after 7 and it was closed. I left over $300 of groceries (I wasn't finished shopping, and left my quarter as well, lol) in the basket and left to go to my hotel. Denver is approximately 600 miles away. When I leave for home, I'll do my shopping at a different Aldi that is more customer friendly.

Word of caution - check expiration dates. Not sure if it's a change in Aldi's management, or just this location, but encountering a lot more expired or nearly expired items throughout the store. Around Fourth of July, they ahd boxes full of expired fruit out for sale. In the past, items near expiring would be put on discount, but that has not been the case recently, encouraging customers to verify the item they're purchasing is not near (or already) expired.Otherwise, one of the nicer Aldi's in my experience. Good selection of produce, dry goods, and more.

Great prices and good quality items.Okay, this is a follow-up review about Aldi. They absolutely do have low prices and in some areas, their competitors are starting to match those prices. I do buy some fresh fruits and vegetables with the caveat, you have to inspect everything thoroughly!! Many times, packages of things like strawberries will contain moldy and spoiled items. This is also true for the potatoes, I bought a 5 pound bag yesterday but a couple of bags had slimy potatoes. I used to always buy my pineapples here, until I got at least 4 that had clearly been dropped and were just gross. Salads, spinach, and the tubs of organic salads, kale, spinach are a good deal, but, as with the other things that I have mentioned, check carefully for spoiled and slimy things. Another few items that need inspection are the cheeses, especially the pre-grated ones, the lunch meats, the eggs, (that one everybody knows) and check the dates on dairy products. Aldi used to have a really good return policy but, because of Covid, they no longer accept returns the last time I checked which was several weeks ago. After all of that, I do still shop at Aldi fairly regularly. Just check everything carefully. !??

Well-stocked and the staff didn’t seem overworked like at some locations. Produce seemed fresh and in good condition. Best of all, I got out for less than $50 for 2 weeks of groceries for 2 people. Definitely will be back.
