What I ordered vs what was actually received… disappointing. Cutting costs by using cheap green leafs as filler. If you don’t think as a florist you can replicate or get slightly close to what’s advertised, then you probably shouldn’t offer your services.

A family member sent me a bereavement bouquet from this shop. My husband commented while bringing it to me, that it looked really bad.
The petals were wilted and browning, the leaves were eaten by bugs. It was obviously not a newly made bouquet. It was days if not a week old. I called the shop and was told I would receive a call from manager but didn't.
I'm already grieving and the bouquet was bought to help, it did not.
I would not recommend as my 'pov' is once you pay they obviously don't care what they send.

Ordered from 1-800-Flowers at about 7AM and they were delivered by 1PM. Beautiful dozen roses and boxes of chocolates. I would definitely recommend the Village Flower Company!

My boyfriend ordered flowers for my Birthday. They called me at 9am asking about delivering them to my place of work. I informed them I would only be there until 2pm. They said ok. At 2:20 I called them back because they still hadn’t been delivered.
She stated they were out in the delivery truck but would not make it in time. (Mind you they were told at 9 am they had until 2pm to deliver them.) I did not know at the time, but my boyfriend had pay extra to have them delivered by noon!
The girl then stated they could deliver them to my home. I gave her my address, but once I gave her my address she proceeded to tell me that they do NOT go to that far. (15 minutes farther then where I was) I then called and told my boyfriend. He called them to try and make arrangements to pick them up and she was very rude and told him she wasn’t going to deal with it and he needed to call 1-800-Flowers! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLOWER SHOP! They are RUDE & NOT ACCOMMODATING at all! He had spent a good amount of money on a very nice bouquet, ballon’s, & chocolate’s! This is NOT acceptable! Thanks for ruining my Birthday gift Village Flower Company!!! ????

I ordered flowers from an on line company. This is the local company they used. First, I paid extra to have the flowers delivered the same day. Second, I paid extra to have them delivered within 4 hours. 6 hours later, I had not received them. I called the online flower company and I was told this (VFC) flower store would have them delivered by 6pm.
Well guess what, they were not delivered that day. I called the online flower company they said that the flower store had problems yesterday and that they would be delivered today. We'll they were but, they were the wrong arrangement. A cheaper arrangement at that! I promise I will not recommend this flower store (VFC) to anyone

Ordered 18 long stem roses from 1-800- FLOWERS and this is the florist that satisfied the order. The deliver showed up in a very timely manner. The roses were beautiful however the arrangement seemed to have been assembled with only one angle on mind. A couple more small bundles of baby's breath would have rounded the arrangement out very nicely. Will absolutely order from them directly in the future.

I received an arrangement of flowers as a gift a week ago in snow and freezing temperatures. The delivery man called me on his cell and waited for me to come to the door. The flowers are gorgeous and, a week later, they look brand new. I’m sure they were as fresh as they could possibly be when I received them. I highly recommend this florist.
