The one on one service is amazing. The employees are so incredible to work with. They spend quality time with you to help you find your perfect jewelry. They are honest, caring, professional and above all so kind. They want you to feel special while wearing your jewelry and they go above and beyond to make that happen. Hal with Rubak has always gone above and beyond for complete satisfaction. My original (vintage and purchased here) wedding band was beautiful but the diamond kept falling out, so we worked together to create a new look for this unique diamond. I adore the results! Then he found the perfect pink tourmaline to create a whole new look with the old setting. Love them both!
