Our family has been going here since my mom was a teen.
Dr. Daily saved my Grandma's cat back then and he is the only vet I trust with my little old man Zeke. He looks over our pets thoroughly and explains everything.

Dr Dailey is a great vet. He was very knowledgeable of our new puppy and how to care for her. The girls at the front desk were really friendly. I'm not really a cat person but they have "office cats" that just lay around behind the desk. It was kinda cute. Def a nice place.

As a NEW CLIENT, I called to make an appointment...
THEY DO NOT ACCEPT ANY APPOINTMENTS! First come, first served?
THEN, they charge $150 just to "ADD YOU PET" to their system?
ROBBERY=THIEVES! Incredible!
I found another veterinary clinic that did not do ANY UPFRONT FEES! It literally takes "a few minutes" to ADD any pet or client to ANY system in the world!
As a retired VET TECH, serving almost 15 years in the business, I HOPE YOU realize that my review is AUTHENTIC!
Just because you live in PRAIRIE VILLAGE, doesn't mean you have to pay PRAIRIE VILLAGE PRICES!
If you TRULY LOVE YOUR PET, please SHOP AROUND!
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
ALL PETS DESERVE FAIR HEALTHCARE and this establishment is HIGHWAY ROBBERY!

All I needed after rescuing a canine from a research facility was a combo shot of distemper-parvo combo and her heart worm shot!
PLEASE USE THE INTERNET to further your pet's NORMAL VACCINES!

I have taken my Golden Retrievers to this hospital for 10+ years. If you want to see the same vet or first-available, the service is always professional, kind and fairly priced. Just like any doctor's visit - ask questions and be a advocate for your pet - the staff will provide you answers.

We absolutely ADORE Dr Daly and his staff. They’re always so welcoming and kind. They do a fantastic job with treating our pets as if they were their own. We could not ask for a better vet.

Dr. Petro is an absolute angel. When no other clinic would take us in to give my husky with a limp an x-ray, we stumbled in the door desperate and defeated. We had tried 10 other vets and were done waiting / just being prescribed pain meds by previous vets. The front staff and doctors were nothing short of exceptional and took excellent care of my Willow. They immediately knew how special of a dog she was, and it showed in the gentle care, loving touches, and warm smiles exuded by all. Unfortunately, we lost Willow to bone cancer after a few months struggle when it traveled to her spine. Dr. Petro and his team sent the kindest card after we notified the hospital. I will always seek care for my huskies here. Thank you for making the hardest of times that much smoother, PVAH ?

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I have been a client for over 20 yrs mind you. My 22 yr old daughter got a new puppy and it was having bloody diarrhea and vomiting so of course she was taking her to "our" family vet. Needless to say she left in tears after she was treated so rudely, belittled and left to feel dumb by Dixie and the front desk staff. They had no empathy at all in regards to the sick puppy. They were more concerned about making sure she knew it was going to cost $250 for a new client and she needed vaccine records. I'm not sure what is going on with this pet hospital but it definitely is lacking empathy for clients w sick animals. I am sure the Doctors there would not be happy with how the front desk staff is treating clients/potential clients.

I went in there today, because my dog is pooping blood, I thought that was pretty serious... Apparently not they do not give a shit about anybody or anything that walks in there. It's all college entrance. You don't know anything about what they're talking about and an old cougar lady with extremely disgusting make up and a perm that needs to be left in 1950. i would love to talk to someone higher than the front desk people because i was beyond pissed off with how they treated me and my animal. they were so dismissive and made me feel so little and dumb. i will never be returning here and am super sad to say this is the place we've been going for over 10 years. get new front desk people. i believe one of their names was dixie? not sure but totally rude people and are clearly only there for money. the other girls name is cierra.
