I wanted to have two family heirlooms, a small bracelet, and beads, restored for my young granddaughter's birthday. Everyone at Jewelry By Design was wonderful to work with. They took such an interest, and great care even though I'm sure they had far more valuable projects underway. A wonderful experience!

Stopped in today for the first time for a ring cleaning and the staff were great. The pieces on display were impressive. I will be back for more service. Great local shop that you should try if you want something that’s not mainstream usual stuff

Phil repaired a $8,000 pave set diamond bracelet for me. Wow. I have had jewelry repaired by other jewelry stores in the Leawood area, but the quality and care Phil showed during the process was unequaled by the others. The repair was impeccable, he cleaned the bracelet to near mint, he wrapped it in tissue paper, placed it in a velvet pull string pouch, then placed it into a bag and delivered it to my office as I was out of town. Quality service at a value price. 10 stars.
