Friendly staff even the security guard. A good mix of cashier and self checkout. Even when lines are long they move quick.

Poor customer service !!!
The store is filthy!.One afternoon I was in the .store and a large rat ran across the floor and in to the store room. The Health Dept
needs to have a look at the bakery and meat department. The bakery glass cases are never cleaned. and the trays which display the donuts and pastries are dirty and appear to be not cleaned. Twice purchasing Cinnamon Rolls the expiration date was 3 days till expiration, but found mold on the bottom of rolls.
I no longer shop at this store and advise my friends and neighbors to shop elsewhere. This location should be cleaned up !

Friendly staff and always helpful.
Fresh food but old salmon last year got a refund.
But were not perfect!!!!

Love the store, but it seems almost every time I go shopping at Hyvee there is 2 or more items charged wrong at the check out. I have to double check my receipts. Getting the money back takes time I don't have sometime. I should feel confident in my store that their not overcharging. But it happens more than I like. Thanks

Prepared heat and eat meal portions have gotten RIDICULOUS. Meatloaf and mashed potatoes for one is literally a kids meal portion. The old 'for one' size is now "For Two" and $12. Massive fail. DO BETTER. #pricegouging
