“We had the best experience possible with this florist. The arrangement purchased was for a family member who was in the cancer ward in the hospital. We live in Hawaii and wanted something to brighten up her room. Through some research we found this florist and they were the best because they delivered the arrangement THE NEXT DAY!! And to make it better it was delivered asap just like we asked and purchased. The arrangement we AMAZING!! She loved it so much and so did all the nursing staff. We also purchased a small teddy bear as an extra item, and it was the best thing we could’ve done. Our family member passed a few days after this arrangement was delivered. Unfortunately, the night before my fiancee tested positive for COVID and wasn't able to go into the office. I changed the delivery date on the flowers as soon as found out. The next morning, I received an email that my order was out for delivery, so I called Eden. I explained my situation to Nicole and she worked with me to quickly remedy the issue. Nicole was understanding and provided excellent customer service.
