Do not try and call this place unless you have 48 hours to wait on the automated system, a system which has a horrible user interface and horrible user experience. Neither the App nor the automated phone system could tell me if my rx was ready and at the location. I had to drive there, walk in, wait in line to find out my rx was not there. They said I could wait an hour and they can get it ready - after trying to call them from work several times throughout my day - no humans to be found on the phone at CVS. I am switching. The personnel in the pharmacy are way overworked, no time to talk in person or on the phone. They look miserable. It’s depressing to go in there and know you are adding to the poor pharmacist’s already unrealistic workload. Very poor customer service. CVS corporate is greedy, squeezing profits, crushing customer service and tanking employee morale. Let’s all lighten their load and find a good online pharmacy instead.

They created a voicemail system for their pharmacy that DOES NOT WORK. It cuts off every single time meaning there is no longer a way to speak to anyone directly at the pharmacy except to drive up, walk in and talk to them in person, which is what I’m about to do now! Please remove this feature it is not functional. Thank you!

Seems as though there is zero way to talk to anyone at the pharmacy. Waited 15 minutes on hold only to be hung up on. The automated system over the phone to check the status of prescription was malfunctioning. Gonna have to switch my pharmacy after this experience. Absolutely horrendous customer service. It seems as though they need to hire more people in the pharmacy.

If I could give a negative 10 stars I surely would. The 8200 Mission Road PV KS66208 location has the mostunprofessional, unorganized, untrained pharmacy department l've ever experienced. The pharmacist (Hadei)doesn't know the first thing about how to run her department or how to provide even minimal customer service and is actually very confrontational. The pharmacy manager isn’t much better. I immediately transferred my prescriptions after just three experiences with them and will never step foot in another CVS! Bye bye!

I mean I didn't think a CVS could get this bad. I mean the service was horrible. Some workers looked so tired and seemed that they didn't even want to be there. But other workers looked so happy and helped me find my lipstick and help me when that cash machine wasn't working. So overall I would only come if I really needed too.

CVS has really upped their game at the Corinth Square store in Prairie Village since the current manager took over. All of the employees we encounter are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help patiently.

Pharmacy is very unpredictable. Some employees are helpful and willing to problem solve. Others are inconsiderate and possibly just overworked. No notification at all when they can't fill a med. No info available when they will be able to fill it. Rude on the phone. Went in with a coupon on a script they were charging us $800 a month for. They said coupon from manufacturer brought it down to $400. I tried to show them instructions and that it should be $20. They refused to look into it further. The drug rep herself went to the pharmacy for us and insisted she show them which worked and we got it for $20. Absolutely ridiculous

We went there for passport photos for our 9 months baby and myself . Brian and Bridget were extremely nice and patient with our baby and took pictures like professonal photographers !Thank you!
