“I don’t know where to begin but when we first moved to the area we were seeking a local bank with a good reputation. Choosing Bank of Prairie Village was one of our best decisions! They are professional, courteous, respectful and caring. They go above and beyond in their service to their customers. It doesn’t matter if you are a multi millionaire or just a “regular” client (I fall under that category!) everyone is treated equally. Kudos to the staff and I don’t know everyone there but in particular I would like to particularly acknowledge Ashley and Brian. I can’t say enough about them! Regardless if I walk in the bank or need something taken care of over the phone I get the same fantastic service. If you are considering selecting Bank of Prairie Village I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed.”

Jeri is great and so is Miss Valasquez, as well as the rest of the associates. The people who have bad reviews were probably being insufferable to the staff and just want to complain.Thank you all for always taking care of me. From the time I opened my account with Nina, who transferred up until now, I’ve had nothing but good people help me.”

“This is a great location. All the staff was wonderful upon entering. I went Monday to get help cashing a check and opening an account. Mrs. Vanessa Smith was so courteous, polite, very helpful with everything from beginning to end. So I would highly recommend her for your next banking needs. She's definitely a 5 star.”

I've been a client of Intrust for 19+ years and have never had any complaints with the staff or the way they treat me. I recommend this independent bank over any big box bank. They are at the PV location but I've dealt with several Lawrence locations and been just as happy.”
“This bank was recommended to me by a good friend. That was about twenty years ago. I've enjoyed a great, efficient relationship ever since. A few glitches as they transitioned to the larger corporation BOK (always hate to see that, generally less satisfaction guaranteed), but they've held their own. Can't imagine why anyone would choose the mega, impersonal banks.”

“I agree with the general sentiment about a lack of customer service. This location is particularly bad. As a business customer who’s used 4 locations in Kansas City, I would say this seems to be simply endemic to BoA as a whole. In general, they have things configured to be as difficult as possible. Once, I came to deposit cash here and they told me their system was down so I had to go somewhere else. I called their corporate support and they said that was untrue. Either way, to come in to a bank and be turned away is ludicrous for any reason.
Edit (2024-05-07): Since I’ve been stuck here in line at the same location for 15 minutes so far, I would like to take this time to respond to melissa’s half-hearted apology. Mellisa, I don’t believe you. More specifically, I don’t believe that passing it along is something that will help. I think this company has been so fully squeezed by its board and execs that it will never increase the value it produces for its customers.
Edit (2024-07-30): Something has shifted at this location and the service has greatly improved. I visit every week or two and I have been impressed with my wait and the friendliness of everyone these last two months. ??”
