“I don’t come here frequently but was in last week to make some deposits and have to admit that I am always refreshed with the experiences I have while attending this bank. The bank has a very clean atmosphere and the staff provides help in a timely fashion every time I’ve been. In my most recent visit there was a brief wait to deposit and the manager David engaged me in cordial conversation for a couple of minutes and just like that my wait was over. I bank with a few institutions but left thinking I should come back here more often.”

“Chaz helped my husband and I with a very sticky situation today. He was able to help us out immensely on our closing day when I mistakenly had a check for a large amount written out to the incorrect title company. He was able to understand the situation, verify with the DM what was needed to be done, and then sit on hold with an out of state bank for 20 minutes to verify funds and have a new check cleared that day. Chaz has gone above and beyond and spent a lot of time and attention to our needs. We will for sure be coming to him for future banking/finance needs.”

A few glitches as they transitioned to the larger corporation BOK (always hate to see that, generally less satisfaction guaranteed), but they've held their own. Can't imagine why anyone would choose the mega, impersonal banks.”
