Husband had accident, BROKE HIS NOSE, on Saturday, went to Docs without delay. Took x-ray, they would NOT help him at all........totally refused to re-set his nose or at least give him meds for pain......yet they charged him $136.00 for NOTHING !!!!

Been here a number of times for appointments and visits. Such a great place and nice staff. Its nice knowing that there are enough small community facility that we can travel to to get our needs met.

Worst care I've received everyone was rude except for the x-ray technician she was great if I could give less a star I would they weren't helpful at all.

Good health care but lacking in the department for people with mental illness like anxiety, depression, chronic pain. There needs to be a more amicable approach to these problematic areas, not just take two aspirin, put some moist heat on it, and call me in the morning!.

Being the VA utilizes RCMC through Community Care, I've been there several times, once for x-rays and a couple times a week for the last few weeks for Physical Therapy.To date, everyone I've had any interaction with has been great from the Volunteers to the Front Desk/Admissions personnel to the X-Ray technicians to the Desk staff and Therapists in the Rehab department.Don't have any complaints that matter ???? only one would be Physical Therapy ... I know they're doing 100% what is right for me, but ... the only complaint is about me not wanting to do Physical Therapy ... at least the staff makes my visits enjoyable...????

Rooks Co Health Center is really nice and supportive. The staff is down to earth and Dr. Oller makes you feel like he is family with the level of how much he cares. Taking time to mention the little things just really hitting home what healthcare should be, personal and caring. Their walk-in clinic is amazing and they have a discount program for people with no insurance, with proof of income. I needed a strep test and just moved here and they were able to get me in right away and welcoming. Apparently it'sjust allergies but better to go and get checked out. They have a little gift shop and their facilities are super nice and clean. I look forward to coming here in the future. I didn't have any negative experience at all here. Thanks RCHC. ❤ I get tested for Covid often for work and they never act like it's an inconvenience Which is important to health care and the whole body approach to wellness.

I have never ever been to a more open and friendly staff in my life. Ive been to many hospitals and the care here bypasses all the other by. Far!. I would also like to give the Nurse Practitioner who was working when i entered your utgernt care a huge shout out! I was feejing like i was dying, she assured me i wasnt. Her smile a positivity said many things to me. Ill leep coming when i have medical needs as i fee by far you guys are thenumber1 hostpital inthis entire area,! You all are agels in my books.god Bless each and everyone of you thst are employed , once again ty to ajj

I drive the few extra miles to come to this clinic for my minor mishaps. Service is fast and the staff are accommodating. Lots of service under one roof here.
