They called me to renew a script....then called the next day to say they were out and would let me know when it was available. I've had this problem with them before. The pharmacy hours suck. I am going to transfer all my scripts to CHC Apothecare. Plus they less expensive.

Walgreens is the very worst pharmacy in this town of Pittsburg, Ks. After a long battle today, Trying to get my medication refilled at a different pharmacy, Walgreens refused to transfer my prescription. I talked to a gentleman who told me it would not be a problem. He also talked to the other pharmacy.I was transferring my script too. The manager told me.I could not because they did not have my prescription on file.Even though they did because the man looked it up. I called and told her my frustrations.And she was very rude to me. Shelby the pharmacy manager, was very unprofessional and very rude to not only me but the other Person at a different pharmacy who is just trying to get it transferred. I will be calling the corporate office or the district office or whatever.I need to do because this pharmacy is such a joke. I told her I would be transferring to a different pharmacy.And she very rudely told me.Oh yeah.What pharmacy do you want do I can transfer you right now. If I could give this zero stars I definitely would.

The pharmacy hours are a joke for working people. Now they’re closed on Sundays. Also their delivery options don’t work on the web site.

Pharmacy is the worst, charges the most and has the least amount of working hours. I have a prescription ready, but they close at 6pm on Saturdays and won’t open again until Monday at 9am? So Sunday’s are out of the question if you need medication!

Twice in the past 2 months I have been through the drive thru and pharmacist and techs were wearing masks with nose exposed. This is unsafe and unprofessional.If little kids can get this right, I would expect medical professionals to be able to handle it.If it doesn't improve, I will take my business elsewhere.

Sorry i don't shop here usually don't know the layout or alot of do or don't sell i occasionally go there to use the ATM its close to my residence and convenient for myself. Not much help with this one but the place seems to be clean, frontend staff usually have a smile on if that tells anything. Great

This is unsafe and unprofessional.If little kids can get this right, I would expect medical professionals to be able to handle it.If it doesn't improve, I will take my business elsewhere.
