I was missing a package that had been stuck in Wichita and Rob at the Pittsburg PO was the most helpful! He took down my tracking information and called me back to update me once it was finally moving. Great customer service!

I come in this location at least 2-3 times a week to drop off packages and they are always so friendly and helpful! Thank you for all of your help!
