I went in with my aunt to be added to her line and it was an easy process with helpful and bright employees. They addressed all questions professionally without belittling or any attitude. My phone bill is now 30 bucks cheaper for the same stuff I was getting elsewhere.

I bought an Apple Watch. Paid the sales tax the first day I ordered it. 2 days later I went to pick it up and pay for it. The customer service person said not to pay for it fully til after the warranty so I decided to put $300 down and they only took $299. I waited til after the warranty and called tonight to pay the rest of it off with what should have been $201 but the person on the phone said that the person that took my $300 payment put it toward my phone instead of the watch and that there was nothing they could do about it but would have the manager call me tomorrow. I called customer service to try and fix it and they told me they couldn’t fix their mess up. I have a higher bill and have to pay extra on the watch in installments because of their mess up and they can’t fix the issue that they did. I also had a phone with them prior to the watch and they forgot to add the insurance and I went in to make a claim and had to pay almost $1000 to get out of contract and get into a different one since they didn’t add the insurance when I bought it which I told them I wanted just for them to mess up again and not fix what they messed up yet again. I am going to a different phone company since they don’t want to fix what they messed up on.

I was going to check out us cellular because I was tired of dealing with issues from my current phone company. I walked into the store, and there were two associates sitting around talking, and neither of them greeted me. I don't let it bother me, but shortly after standing there glancing at a few things, I ask for assistance. The petite girl with short black hair and a somewhat funkier style dropped something on the floor that looked to be an e-vape and/or marijuana pen. Myself, along with many other parents with teenagers have helps themselves educated on what to look for to keep our kids from falling into the same habits. She quickly picked it up and put it in her pocket. Then the other associate she was chatting with finally asked me "can I help you with something?" She almost sounded mad that I needed to be helped. There was one more associate in there who didn't even look up at us once. I once again decide to stay and ask the questions I needed answers too before switching carriers, but after about ten minutes of unhelpful conversation and vaguely answered questions I gave up. Overall I found the employees were unknowledgeable about the products and cell service, they were unprofessional and unhelpful. Not to mention, later that evening, my son who was in the store with me approached us on the couch and showed me this. The two associates who were unable to help me that day. Seems as if they were too busy talking about their weekend activities than working or making a sell.
