I have had nothing but a hard time from this bank since I opened it. They are very nice in person unless your getting on to them about mistakes they made with your account and if they offer you overdraft protection well don't use it because they remind you it's their money and give you overdraft fees that are not accurate. I was recently having to get fraud help it was a major thing dealing with them, the local branch never calls you back won't help you get charges off for overdraft fees when they are not accurate. I really don't like this bank. They can take money out of your account even if it's already counted out for pending charges but we can't do that how's that even legal. The pictures show I wasn't overdrawn when they added to overdraft fee's plus tried saying the money was pending but if you look closer you see those two transition's were already completed before the ATM withdrawal on the 9th and the withdrawal was made at 9:17 or 9:19 pm on the 9th. They wouldn't reverse the money back to me either $72.00 of charges that really messed up my account. I ended up with three or four overdraft fees.

I joined what is now US Bank in Pittsburg, Ks back in 1989. It has been several other names until US Bank took it over. I have always liked the service I received, until COVID hit. I am not sure how reducing the hours and employees is keeping us safe? If you need an appointment for some in person service, you can make an appointment online, however, they never seem to have current or next day openings available. So if it is something you need done right away you are out of luck. Of course they are still friendly. However, lately there is only one tube lane open and one drive-thru lane open so there are lines and you wait. I seems as they only have one person waiting on both. Another note is the ATM runs out of money. It has happened 3 times since COVID hit. I happens on the weekend when you have no option to withdraw funds as the bank is closed. It never happened to me before COVID. My big complaint is time. If I spend money at Walmart it is out of my account by the time I walk out to my car. If they make a mistake it takes several days to be corrected as they say they have to send it up to another branch to be corrected. The mistake wasn't made at branch. They should have the authority to correct it here where it was made the same day it is brought to their attention. IMO

I have been to a number of branches of Us bank in several cities.I have received the best most professional service in each one.The persons who service the drive thru are friendly and helpful.I always recommend US Bank.

USBank ATM card has an odd thing. One must push the checking account button.Also, if one does not have an account with USBank, $5 and a thumbprint to cash a check. There's a reason for this. Customer service does not answer at all.

Just called them because I have a problem with online payment of my tuition- the deadline is tomorrow and it seems like it didn’t go through though it was waived from my account. It’s already frustrating enough but the bank worker, I think Becka or something, I talked to didn’t sound very friendly and though I understand that I as an international student have an accent and was asking many questions to clarify things , I felt that she wasn’t too nice and when I asked at the beginning what to do she wasn’t going to look at my account or anything if I haven’t asked her myself to do it to help me understand my situation.

I had a disputed charge on my credit card. They reversed it when I called. I remembered I did charge the amount so I called again and they reversed the reversal. They cannot send me a notice or eMail saying this was corrected. I am forced to wait until I get snail mail. They said 5 days.

I had a very bad experience to my bank today it's a shame that I have them I was really needing a $15 money order and they was charging me $5 and the sad part about it I was in Vons grocery market I give them thumbs up because they only charged me $0.80 and my bank was trying to take more than they should very upsetting I was told that I was supposed to get free money orders if I have an account with them big Liars not happy

Worst bank to use! You tell them to set your card to decline and they don't and when it over drafts they close your account. WORST bank I have ever used and will never recommend.

Takes for ever for them to post transactions so you'll check you balance and be okay then next thing you know your overdrawn. They also will put holds on your account. Then withhold funds when you deposit your check and refuse to tell you why you have a hold and make you feel like they can do whatever they want with your money.
