Tried to call about getting a hitch installed. I was directed to someone in another country who immediately wanted my information instead of answering the question of do they install hitches at this location. It used to be you just dealt with the person running the business where the uhauls are located.

I was helped by Blake here at “Chadd's Auto Repair†for my U-Haul rental. He was helpful and patient. Helped fix a blown fuse so we could get the lights working. Nice experience.
