I came in with my sister to get many things for her hair. Jessica was amazing and helped us out the whole time we were there and answered all of our questions about any kind of hair product/dye. this was my first time in this store and I’ll be coming back. very amazed by how their customer service was. highly recommend this place!!! and the deals were amazing!!

This is my go to store for all of my hair products. They give excellent customer service everytime I step foot at this Sally's location. Courtney is the best! You can tell that she really cares about her job and the Sally's brand. Great location

My experience at Sally's Beauty had nothing to do with beauty products..I had a very unconventional need for help with a medical issue that I'm not at liberty to discuss since it's not my medical issue, but a loved one's. I needed to find a solution to help me re-create something that would be expensive to us to do thru a medical supply store! As a former beautician (many years ago) using Sally's products, I had an idea in my head on how I might achieve my goal. I wasn't sure how the salesperson would react to my request, but I was overwhelmed by the sincere interest she had in helping me! Kudos to you Courtney Carpenter for taking the time to help me solve my problem & not think I was crazy for coming to a beauty supply store for a medical issue!!! She listened and was compassionate of my issue and together we came up with a solution and now I have gained a forever friend!! Thank You again Courtney

So I normally don’t do reviews or survey’s but this needs to be out there. Sally’s in Pittsburg KS there is an employee there that has saved my hair so many time and hS made me the happiest customer and I’m very picky, but if it wasn’t for Courtney Carpenter my hair would be not here and that’s not an exaggeration. She knows what she is doing and to be honest I think she is the only one who does cuz if she didn’t work there I would not shop there, but because of her she makes that place have a good reputation and I will let everyone know to go there cuz she has made my experience the best. Thank you Courtney carpenter again. You are the best.

I've never been more offended by customer service before. I went to Sally Beauty to purchase hair extensions for my daughter. I noticed and commented that the hair extensions were locked. The woman working then explained that they lock them as the, "black girls come in and steal them." I guess because I'm white I am supposed to agree with your racist comment? I don't! I find this extremely rude and unnecessary! It's 2019 people!!
