Called looking for parts with part #s and the Jeff guy that answered the phone wanted to be rude. I told him I would come by and get the parts. 30 minutes later I said you know what! I don’t have to be treated that way.I decided to take my business elsewhere. So I called Jeff up and said I no longer need those parts. His response was OH GREAT THANKS FOR MAKING MY QUANTITIES NEGATIVE AND THANKS FOR THE HELP. Will not buy anything from here!

Good experience. Chuck is great to work with, no high pressure, not like most car salesman these days.

We have had a very bad experience with the service department. Below are all the dates relating to service and issues with Transit van from 11/22/22 -1/23/23. We have documents & pictures proving our complaints. *Updated and added to this review on 3/8/23… * 11/22/2022 Original Dyno… Issue shows Turbos Bad, (Oil was checked “OK” meaning full and nothing wrong with the oil on paperwork during 27 point inspection) there was No notes indicating anything wrong with oil whatsoever. * 12/12/2022 - 12/15/2022 Turbos were replaced $4615.71 paid Oil again was checked “OK” again, and again No notes indicating anything wrong with our oil on paperwork during 27 point inspection Coolant was topped off Engine codes cleared and test drove **Doesn’t show oil was replaced and flushed. * 12/18/2022 Leaving church in Joplin, MO heading home, Check Engine Light came back on and started to slightly make noise again as before. * 12/19/2022 - 12/21/2022 Cleared Codes and Test Drove First time changing oil (told me I have not changed oil in forever and blamed me for not changing oil. Mileage was at 148284 at time. Picked up Van and left, van was making exact same noise, went back in and was told to drive van anyways. * 12/22/2022 Broke down heading home in -1F temperature leaving Carthage, MO Van lost all power and went into limp mode until I got off road and engine died. Ford paid and had van towed to Dealership * 1/3/2023 - 1/4/2023 Replaced Faulty Turbo Replaced O2 Sensor Topped off Coolant Fixed Flat Tire **Doesn’t show oil was replaced and flushed. Picked up van and check engine light was on, went back in and they took the van in and checked code, was saying “crankcase sensor” Ordered Sensor in case Check Engine Light came back on * 1/9/2023 Took Van in and had the crankcase sensor replaced. * 1/12/2023 - 1/20/2023 Drove van to work as usual * 1/20/2023 Driving home from work, leaving Lamar, MO van started making exact same noise it made the times before * 1/21/2023 Called Zach at Ford and was told to bring in on Monday 1/23/2023. * 1/23/2023 Left Mindenmines to go to Ford and Check Engine light came on flashing and lost all power, pulled off road and engine died. Ford towed Van to dealership Told it needed a new “Long Block” “Engine” Tow truck also broke all bumber clips and Tore wires to trailer wiring harness. Notified Zach of the tow truck issue when van was dropped off at dealership. It still hasn’t been fixed as of 3/8/23 and still sitting at the shop not being worked on because they are blaming us for lack of maintenance when we took care of our van and when we took it in, there was absolutely nothing wrong with our motor whatsoever until after they replaced the turbos not once but twice. We had to refinance our van to get the money to fix our turbos in the first place and now they are trying to say we have to pay over $11,000 out of pocket for a new long block engine, that we do not have whatsoever after they did not fix our van correctly the first time changing the turbos. This is was our only vehicle for our big family of 9. We have 7 kids and haven’t been able to go anywhere as a whole family together in one vehicle for months due to their mistakes. We were forced into buying a new vehicle from Drive Time since it was the only place we could get one at, that in reality we couldn’t afford and it can only fit 5 people and we have 7 kids. We had no choice, this was so I could drive to work still and so I wouldn’t lose my job. This whole thing has caused a lot of stress on our whole family. It’s not right to get treated this way and as of 3/8/23 they won’t do the right honest thing and our van is stuck there because it’s not drivable. Another dealership on the service side told us this whole thing doesn’t make sense and wants us to get a second opinion but because our van isn’t drivable we can’t get a second opinion at this time. **DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP WHATSOEVER FOR ANY REASON!!**

Previously purchased from them a new vehicle without issue. Used the service center at the Pittsburg Kansas location in 2021 and felt at that time they were being very honest with me about my issues. However, I took the same vehicle that was serviced last year back into them in April with similar concerns plus an added issue. I was told that the previous repair was not a current problem and that I only needed my spark plugs changed. They quoted me $671 to replace the six spark plugs. My other issue was with a running board that I have on the side of my F150 that had intermittent working issues. It would come on and open and sometimes it wouldn’t shut. On April 21 of 2022 when they looked at it the service man told me that the motor was completely burnt out on it and I would have to replace the entire running board of which they quoted me $2915. So on the first issue of only needing spark plugs I’m really concerned since I was having very similar issues is if the first time that I took my truck in and they replaced an approximate thousand dollar part if that is what I really needed versus just spark plugs. Also on the running board and the motors were not burnt out. I did not have them continue to service my vehicle and I was charged whatever their minimum fee is I believe it was about $143 to pick up my truck. I have since taken it to another mechanic I was charged $150 to replace the spark plugs with Motorcraft spark plugs and mysteriously the runningboards had been shut off. So those were turned on When they were analyzed the motors were working perfectly all they needed was a cleaning, a lubricant. I have called to speak to Mr. Carpino but he has not been available. Nor has he returned my callKathy Romero

Terrible customer relations. Spoke with a representative called Jeff in the service department with a very simple enquiry concerning my engine. Jeff was very rude on the phone. Before I could ask the question, Jeff asks where I am calling from, I told him I was calling from Nigeria and he responded with "I ain't got time!" and hung up. Furious at the incredible lack of respect to a caller, I called back immediately asking to be re-connected to Jeff. When he gets on the phone again he showed absolutely no remorse for his behaviour and still was very dismissive of me and treated the enquiry I had to make with disdain. Whether or not my car model (Lincoln MKS 2009) is old as you said, Jeff, and you didn't have the answer to my question, couldn't you be polite about it? Does calling from Nigeria make me less of a person than you, Jeff? You do not treat other human beings that way, especially as a business. Its disgusting behaviour and this dealership should be ashamed, because if a Staff in their ranks is comfortable enough to behave this way then they must have created an enabling environment for this kind of behavior. If I could give less than 0 stars I would, honestly.
