Helped a friend get a new car. Tom helped make sure we bought a nice car and let us know everything about it. If we need anything he is there to help.

I recently brought a car from Tom and i found him to be very genuine and honest to deal with. He pointed out any faults and any extra details or pictures i wanted was never an issue. I would happily buy another car from Tom. Thanks for the car :)

I’ve bought my last 4 cars from Tom and have nothing but great things to say about him!If anyone asks me where they should look to buy a good used car, I send them Tom’s way.

Great place to buy a car if you want something major to go out a month after buying it from Loughmiller. Classic example of a used car salesman.

I don't know where these horrible reviews are coming from, but I've had nothing but good experiences with Tom! I've bought 2 cars from him, and both ran and drove just fine. The 1st I bought did have a short, to where you had to use a switch to flip on the headlights. But I knew of this at the test drive. He even offered to fix it before I took it home, but I chose to do it on my own- so was instead given a discount on sale price, in order to have it done. That was a couple years ago, and it ran great until I sold it to buy something more fuel efficient! I now have a 2007 Rav4 that I bought through him in February. I have had absolutely NO issues, other than having to replace the brakes, which was an expected expense from a used vehicle. Price was a little high for my taste, but again, he worked with me a little. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's hard to catch him in the office sometimes, but a quick phone call and he's there! Other than that, nothing but good things to say. And I love how personable he is, and also interacts with my children instead of acting annoyed, like some dealers! I'm happy with my current vehicle at the moment. But when I'm in the market again, will most likely be right back up there!

Bought a Ranger from Tom last year. It's been a good truck and was fairly priced. He's very pleasant to deal with.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TOM! HE IS A LIAR & THEIF! I purchased a Chevelle through this guy over a year ago and he swore up and down the cars engine and trans was in great shape and even extended a FALSE warranty! As soon as the car arrived at my house the transport company said that he NEVER saw the car did run and drive! Motor had 3 bad cylinders, transmission had tons of coolant in it like it had been sitting for 20 years, brakes didn't work, car wouldn't even turn over, tires were 14 years old. I called him to confront him with the warranty in my hand that stated this car ran and rove with a 6 months warranty. Tom laughed and said, "YOU GET WHAT YOU GET". Of course he did not honor the warranty! This car was a P.O.S. and was NOTHING as Tom described in ANY way! So, I will be SUING this thief to receive ALL of my lost damages, as should all of you!

If you are looking for a car please shop at another dealership. This guy is will steal your money or try and screw you over. I was looking at the 1963 Ford Falcon Convertible listed online, I contacted Tom which is the owner and asked him several questions about the car, such as if this car is good condition and is there any rust underneath the car. His response was the car is in great shape and there is "some" rust with a little ripple underneath. He updated pictures online if the car. I took his word from his description of the car and pictures and sent him a nonrefundable deposit. My father and I traveled from Austin, Texas to get this car, which was no big deal. When we got there the first thing I started to look at was the underbody, something that every old car collector looks at. It was completely rusted out. I was telling my dad his bad it was. Tom was still in the shop at the time saying I told you it had "some" rust one it. Well "some" rust to me is little and workable. This car was so rusted out at the subframe and sub-rails the car doors wouldn't open or close properly. Anyone with knowledge of convertible knows that you must have a solid frame in order for the doors to close. Sadly Tom didn't mention any of his to me or the fact that there was a huge hole in the firewall due to rust. I nicely told him I was going to pass on the vehicle due to all the rust. He said he would refund once again "some" of my nonrefundable deposit ($500) if he sells the car. I didn't mind the road trip at all because me and my dad got to have a son and father road trip. However when someone lies to me in the description of the vehicle and the pics are inaccurate and says it's a great car when in reality you find out it's a pile of scrap metal and refuses to give back a nonrefundable deposit, that is a huge problem. If you are planning to purchase a car from this guy, please reconsider and look at other places. He is not a good person to deal with.

Run the stop light and just keep driving on by! But if you must stop, go next door and buy some lube at Walgreens before dealing with this place. Almost all of the newer vehicles on the lot have salvage titles and were hastily rebuilt. The older ones are overpriced rust buckets. Run away!
