I have had my account for almost 10 years and the last 2 years have been terrible. I’ve tried contacting headquarters/cooperate and it tells me the number is disconnected. Who ever the lady is in charge of account paperwork at this location needs fired. I will be closing my account.

My money always goes missing when my check deposits. Not to mention you oversrafted my account for a monthly payment I got paid the next day and had to pay and overdraft fee

This banks drive thru takes forever. I spent 30 mins here with only 3 cars in front of me. Was late to work because of this. Ridiculous.
