Dana did our tax's, and now we can't get ahold of her or any one at the office. Routing number is to H&R block so they are probably running off with our money. What else am I to assume.

It cost too much to file I had less stuff than last year and it costs 100 more than the year b4 575 is alot when I coulda done it my self but I don't know how.

DO NOT USE!!!!!!!! Completely messed up our taxes and IRS billed us $9,000 two years later. H&R Block will not assume any responsibility, although they admit their wrong doing. We've also been contacted from this store about an employee who stole SS#s and had funds transferred to her account. She did our taxes but fortunately we were not impacted by her actions.
