“Ordered the drawer for under my dryer. Took a month and a half to get to me. Never got a call from the salesman saying it was in Pittsburg. Had been there over a week. Charged me interest because I hadn't picked it up. Then I check the top make sure all the feet and good and nothing broken on top as it was still in the box. Get it home and the front has a huge dent. Do not recommend after having no problems with them and I have purchased from them for years without issue. Such a shame.***** Edit to original review! After expressing my concerns the customer service manager contacted me directly. He took care of all the issues and followed through with everything he said. This was one bad experience out of many good I've had at Westco! Thank you for follow up and follow through.”
