It only took 3.5 hrs to complete the process after a glitch in the system made us start all over, but if it wasnt for Teresa we would have just left. She stuck with us through the whole process and was very professional. Cricket got 4 new customers because of Teresa. If anyone is looking to start an account with cricket, ask for Teresa.

Ms Kaitlyn in this store is the kindest nicest and willing to go the extra mile to help us change a 4 line service. She found us every possible discount for having such a big plan. I would recommend everyone asking for her with Cricket Wireless in Pittsburg KS

The manager, Kaitlyn, was able to resolve tech issue with my phone even though it's an older model. She walked me through it on the phone. We came in to resolve other issues and she was nothing but helpful and knowledgeable. The store and the world needs a few more good employees like Kaitlyn!

Absolutely do not do any business with this company. They rip off people and do not fully disclose all the information. They took advantage of my daughter that brought in a iPhone 11 and didn't disclose all about her phone plan which eventually put a lock on her phone that she had purchased herself from Amazon and is now out money. Now she's left with a phone that she cannot use and when we called the local store here in Pittsburg, Kansas where she got the plan the customer service and manager was not helpful and very rude. I do not recommend this company I would stay clear!

They don't know what they're doing they always tell you they can't do something things they should know they don't know the Pittsburg store is the worst and I have to go over to Missouri to get the help that I need

Manager Intentionally sold me the wrong case for the phone I was purchasing. Charging me an extra $20 and leaving me with a case I can't use. I called Less than an hour after purchase and came in the next day and they refused to fix the mistake they made. Worst retail experience I've had. Even after speaking with cricket customer support for hours and letting them speak directly with store manager they both refuse to correct the mistake they made.

terrible in-store customer service. manager sold me a phone bundle and gave me the wrong phone case in my purchase. I contacted the store multiple times within 24 hours of purchase and they refused to correct THEIR* mistake, leaving me out $40 and with a case I can't use. don't waste your time, better off buying online or at Walmart.

Do not do business with this place, they lie. I bought a Bluetooth speaker a week ago and spacificly asked about returns for it because I've had a bad time with Bluetooth speakers not working after the first couple uses. She said yes, I called in today and now they say no they don't do returns.i will not do business with them anymore. I'm even going to change phone companies now. .

The personnel are great. Cricket wireless itself is becoming trash. We never get notified texts anymore about disruption of service and when I call about it nobody answers the phone. Will I recommend cricket. Not a chance

Walked in looking for something a little better than what I was currently using ($230/Month) and walked out CUTTING MY BILL IN HALF (unlimited talk, text and data and 15GB of hotspot) for only $60 a month NO CONTRACT, I cant thank cricket enough as well as the staff member Alec Morey he informed me of everything so I knew exactly what I was getting into and was friendly and gave me his personal business card on top of everything, the service is really what can make or break a company and Cricket and the employees there know exactly how to make a person feel like they got the best deal out there will definitely becoming back as soon as I'm able to upgrade!
