After I paid my bill, I had to wait for Pittsburgh Police to escort me out of the building. The older gentleman told dispatch was upset that he didn't receive the "same service" as he apparently receives from the County Deputies he requested to come out and "straighten me out."First it was $1100 in storage fees, not including the recovery that was an additional $1300. Then I needed to sign the title over.He has three trucks? Two worth 150k apparently and a 250k one?Or so he told me.I can only imagine what the county has done to other customers of his.I do have a preference now, its not this company....

I hit a large Raccoon and disabled my work van and Barretts brought me another van so I could complete my trip at 2am. I appreciate their help 24hrs a day.

The absolute most incredibly rude people I have ever dealt with. Walked in the door for an estimate and was met with such an abrasive, rude attitude. Two ladies trying to understand how many quotes I was getting from competitors and if an insurance claim had been filed. They were obviously trying to see if they could charge excessively and get away with it. I can only imagine what the experience would be if they did work and it was not done to expectations. I would stay away from this business at all costs.

Had a great "first towing" experience today with Barrett...Carter, my driver was awesome, timely, courteous, and a great example for my senior neighbors to see..and use when they have a senior moment and (probably) throw their car fob away

AMAZING STAFF! Within a 2 week period I had a fender bender at work (parked car) and my daughter was involved in a separate accident which ended up with her vehicle being totaled. The staff took care of us and went above and beyond when it came to my daughters situation. THANK YOU to all for making a bad situation positive!

They charged me 575 dollers to get my car back after Pittsburgh police had my vehicle towed when it was on private property out of nododys way took me to Crawford county jail where I sat in jail trying to get phone call to get bonded out I finally had to slam my own head on the concrete walls to have them respond and let me make phone call to get out they are all crooks
