“Very quick with repairs and will work with you on making improvements. I put in a new sink and they allowed us to take it off of our rent. Also our hot water heater went out one winter day and they had someone there and put in a brand new one in 2 hours. Honest people and treat you fare.”

“When I moved to Crimson Villas in 2018, it seemed like it was run by random people who were just winging their jobs and didn't really have an idea, strategy, management, and organization whatsoever and I ended up with roommates who I didn't like because they were so messy, noisy, didn't do chores and other stuff. The new property manager, Jordan, and his staff has changed the whole place upside down and has been working to improve the place overall since they took over. I enjoyed my stay very much under the new management because they actually worked towards our well being during my lease at Crimson Villas. Maintenance fixed our issues within short period of time and very effectively. I had to complain about noisy neighbors only couple of times during my entire 4 years of stay. I appreciate the friendly staff for listening to not only our concerns or complains about the apartment but also for just willing to listen as a friend. One thing I would suggest to the people who are applying here is that it would be good if you have an apartment in mind where you want to move in or if you have friends who are already there and looking for a roommate. This gets you off the hook from getting placed randomly and depending on the availability so if you have a friend who would like to move in together with you, two of you can go and request to be roommates. I recommend this place because it is a fun place to meet people especially if you own a pet. I saw a lot of pet owners hanging out when they brought their pets out to play. The tenants had BBQ and played volleyball game in the pool quite a lot so it's a fun place. Hope this helps to whoever is reading.”

“I'm a student in PSU. I was searching an apartment near to my campus. My friednd told me about Westbridge Apartments. It was great as the apartments were very close to my campus. I liked this apartments so much that I want to stay here once my existing lease expires.”
