“Overall I couldn't be happier with my experience. Shyla is friendly, courteous, and very customer orientated. Howard is an outstanding mechanic. These two lovebirds gave me a wicked deal and replaced my transmission for under $1000, not only that but they added a 90 day warranty. Howard even went the extra mile and replaced the busted rear main seal, free of charge. No other place would have done that. (I knew I was leaking oil somewhere and I knew it was going to cost an arm and a leg to fix. I didn't expect free.) The closest price compared was chance transmissions, (without replacing the rear main seal) and they wanted $2400. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Shyla and Howard, if you guys are reading this, thank you again!”

“These are the domestic and foreign OEM parts guys. You need it to be AC DELCO, MOTORCRAFT, MOPAR or Euro car. This is the only hope of quality oe replacement parts in town. If they don't have it or at the price you need. Might as well hit the web and wait. Second to none. On their game and hold their name. Locally owned so your interactions are much greater than that of those at large retail part stores.”

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I HAVE FOUND MY BODY SHOP!!!! Not only was their work exquisite, but they were completely transparent through the whole process. They took the time to walk me through everything, and stayed in contact with me in the process. Most importantly, restored my Hyundai Kona to its original form. “Very honest to the point that when one of my parts was getting a little worn, they didn't push me to replace it, and even suggested I wait until my next oil change because it would definitely last until then. An oil change and general maintenance check cost me $75, will definitely be taking my vehicle here exclusively from now on.”

“I only had to buy washer fluid one day, a can of oil another day. After my purchases, both times the very friendly gentlemen helped me getting my car hood open, (2002 Ford Crown Vic, hood doesn't pop like it used to), and even filled the reservoirs for me. Being handicapped, I sincerely appreciated the help.”
“These guys did a really great job fixing the paint damage and and rust on the rocker panel of my 08 Sierra 1500. Really quickly too!! They even cleaned the truck up and had it nice and shiny for my pick up which was approximately 5 days from when I dropped it off. Will definitely choose Icon for any other body work I may need.”

“Very best O'Reilly's in my opinion. When I came down there to pick up my new brake pads for my Hummer H3 they got me the right ones unlike AutoZone . And one of the workers gave me the best handy Ive ever gotten behind the battery rack 10/10 experience ?% would recommend. Workers gave me advice on which brake grease feels best for gettin down and dirty. Ask for the sideways flying wingnut they will understand”

“Our alternator went out a week ago, Thursday, December 14, 2023, while my boyfriend was there to check the battery, starter, and alternator. They were really helpful and kind enough to offer what help they could. The manager that night not only stayed after hours to make sure we got the tools returned, but also to make sure of our safety until we had help arrive to tow our car to a friend's house because of the time of night it was and the area. Sorry this review took a week, but we are very satisfied with this store location. It was truly a blessing that the alternator went out while at a parts store and we are thankful that it was this one that night! Thank you for your help and concern that night! We drive a 2007 Ford Taurus.”
“Went in bought an air pump get home and grr it is missing the end piece of the 12v adapter plug in part. So I guess go back tomorrow get replacement one or a refund. All good though staff was great. I'll update tomorrow depending on outcome.”
