I was next in line for an oil change shopped for an hour and a half and it wasn’t even touched, was then told I’d have to wait another 3 hours because of a tire job they were doing for a vehicle that came after I did. I look over and there’s no cars in the oil bay and mine is sitting outside of it. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE 4 AND A HALF HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE!

I don’t recommend buying road hazard because out of all the times I bought it they never seem to back it up. When I took a tire out there that had road hazard on it there’s always an excuse as to why they can’t fix it or replace it. So what’s the point in buying it for anyway? I’m also not going to be buying tires from them anymore. It seems like every time we do, we have flats constantly and there is one thing after another wrong with their tires and they don’t hold up per the mileage warranty rating.Service: Tires

They think they need to know everything about your car.They even tell you how old your tires are. How many dents you have any how many scratches you have in it. It's none of your business.......

The quality of service is garbage. The tire selection is trash if you don't drive a truck, and there is a good chance they will turn you away of your not there 2 hours before close. Remember when if you purchased tires from trash-mart and they would mount them for free? Yeah, Expect to pay 25$ per tire.

Ernie and his team could not have been more helpful. I was driving from Denver, CO to Bentonville, AR and had a blow out 5 miles away from this Walmart on brand new tires. My lug nut key was lost, and instead of turning me away, Ernie, Jacoby, and the rest of the guys went above and beyond to help me.Ernie clocked out and took his lunch break just to go to O'Reilly Auto Parts to see if there was a lug nut key there that would work on my wheels. They did everything possible to help me and were very nice to me and my dogs. They did not have much to charge me for so only charged me for the cost of the tire plug kit.I tried to buy Ernie a gift card or give him some money and he would not accept. He suggested I make a donation to the Children's Miracle Network instead. Truly an awesome group of guys and 10/10 customer service. Thank you again for helping me make it home for the holidays!Service: Tires

Went in for 4 tires, got told it'd be about a 2 hour wait, which was fine.but we ended up waiting for almost 4 hours and watched people who came in after us get their cars done first. To top it all off the service manager was lying to customers about them being slammed with a single car on their board, yes you can see the board as you walk out of the store. 10/10 would not recommend

Attempted to call no answer first time. Called back again rang about 20 times got the operator who transferred me back on hold for nearly 15 minutes then got hung up on! Called next week spoke with an associate who couldn't answer some question or find the tires I wanted even though they were on the website said to call back next day saying he was new which I understand but get some help! Needless to say they need to do a better job of training staff and staffing the place with competent people
